Booking.com scammed us out of money.

Overpriced and terrible customer service.

Reservation lost even after I paid and got confirmation. Ended up costing me an additional $42 for a lower quality room.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was good. Lots of options to choose from. The pool was okay, a bit dated but it was refreshing. The place was cleaned and many great parking spaces.

The person above me kept walking and the floor was creaking. Place is a bit dated but still very comfortable.

A comfortable stay.

Warm breakfast - scrambled eggs and sausage, continental breakfast and coffee or tea. The breakfast was sufficient. The freshly prepared hot breakfast was a plus.

The beds sagged in the middle. The hot tub appeared that it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while as that there was scum above the water line and the water seemed a bit dirty.

the sheets were very soft and the pillows were comfy.

I could hear the TV in the next room better than I could hear my own.

great stay for a family ski trip.

friendly and responsive staff, solid continental breakfast with good variety of options, clean. really convenient location to Big Powderhorn Mountain ski area (my reason for staying) and other local recreation.

hotel is a bit dated cosmetically, certainly not a reason to not stay at the hotel. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

Comfortable and peaceful, very nice staff

Pool and spa needed cleaning I get a hotel with hot tub for my arthritis spa didn't work very well and had mold on panels

Comfy beds and a good breakfast

Nice place for a quick over nite. Breakfast was good. But really nowhere near by for a good dinner other than a bowling alley across the street or McDonald’s down the road.

It was on the main road, close to restaurants, businesses, and the college where I was in town to do business with. I had a comfortable nights sleep.

The hotel could definitely use a remodel/update because the decor, furnishings, carpet, paint, etc were all extremely outdated.

Very nice, cool pool, fair breakfast.

Waffles or oatmeal only hot food.

Pool temp a little cold. Scrambled eggs would have been nice, or egg sandwich.
