The price the hotel sends us a price and makes us pay more, which recognizes the error and charges us more, cleaning is almost never done, 2 bath towels for 4 people, the most is charged, impossible to sleep because of the noise from the works of other guests. Our elderly parents left sick tired of this stay we left the place the last day very early. We would like to be compensated Very very disappointed

Breakfasts were a disaster. There were about 35 Tahitians there for the same conference I was attending. The office was supposed to open at 6 am but never did until 7 am or after. Every day there wasn't enough of any food items to feed even 10 people. we'd ask for more waffle batter, yogurt, coffee, bread, muffins, milk, etc and 20 - 30 minutes later the guy would bring 6 frozen cartons of single serve yogurt, 2 - 4 slices of bread and/or 4 muffins. That was it. I ended up making coffee for everyone almost every day. Most days, many people never got to eat anything. One day the office was completely closed with a note on the door to go to the other hotel located across the parking lot. That eating room was even worse because it was so small and cramped, filthy with trash and leftovers from the people staying there and eating before we were all directed to go there too. There wasn't anything to eat there that day for the residents of the hotel I was staying in. It had 2 small tables that were dirty and an open area laundry room attached to it, which had a gross, dirty sink, mop bucket, and bags stacked in it with a washer and dryer. Altogether disgusting with people at the front desk trying to check out, complain about their being overcharged and the appalling conditions of the rooms and facilities. Had there been any other facilities available in the area, everyone would have cancelled their stays and moved elsewhere. They knew that dozens of people would need breakfast, yet they supplied extremely little food and it took 30 minutes for them to replenish it even after being asked to. One day, the only food they had was 3 kinds of dry cereal, but they had no milk...at all! Their response was "we are out of milk, sorry", but they did not bring any other food items to substitute.

Many things. The door to our room had a huge (1 foot long by 9 inches wide) chunk of the painted metal missing above the doorknob. The room smelled like incense or curry or smoke or something like that...very strong stink. The bathroom needs to be remodeled desperately! The toilet rocks back and forth when you sit down on it and the shower/tub walls have cracks in them, and while the tub was clean, it was very old and had mold stains in the caulking. There were what looked like tar chips stuck to the bathroom floor. Someone wrote numbers around the door handle and on the wall door stopper. Never could figure that out. The door handle was falling off and I had to tighten the screws to keep it working. Almost every day we had to ask for clean towels as they would empty the garbage but not put clean towels after taking the dirty ones out.

I liked the price and location.

I didn’t liked being charged for checking in early. The bathroom wasn’t clean I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to disinfect. The bathroom door had a very bad repair job on it also. You guys have got to do better.

Location was easy to find right off the freeway. Lots of dining options nearby

Room condition is poor. There are holes in the wall, sconce lamp by the bed is hanging off the wall. Electrical outlet does not work. Room smells like they've been burning incense or something. Paint is dinged up all over the room. It generally looks like there is little pride in ownership. Not at all what we would expect from this hotel chain.

The shower hot water pressure was awesome! Even though I felt the area was a little sketchy it was quiet & we didn't hear anyone from the surrounding rooms.

No coffee pot or ice was disappointing. The beds were pretty hard & pillows need replaced. Not much room in the room for a handicap room it was really hard to move around.

The furnishing in the rooms was old and worn. Lots of chips, cracks, patches. The hotel charged us for an extra night and refused to refund.
