difficult to breathe!!!!!!

When walking in staff don’t greet you at all. First room we were giving was still being cleaned so we got a new room. Hallways extremely hot. As soon as you open the bedroom door you get smacked in the face literally with smell of mold, mildew, and humidity. Room walls were turning black. AC blowing hot wet air. We called front desk to complain they wanted to give us another room but at this point we said no, all the rooms same condition and yes an know because other people staying with us renting a room same situation. They claimed we would get a discount and did not. It was so late to find another place to stay and we had a child with a disability with us that would make it even harder to accommodate her that late. Place was not livable, anyone with respiratory condition will have a difficult time sleeping there just like I did. I took pictures of conditions and emailed property and never heard back from anyone. This place does not care about their customers. Bathroom was dirty black mold growing around the grab bars for the disabled. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Ready for a Refresh

Location and breakfast

Phone was disconnected, room had a musty smell, chair next to bed had a stain. This motel is long overdue for a refreshing. Start with the elevators.

It was decent

Location and price.

The hallway smelled terrible on the 3rd floor the entire time and the AC in the hall did not work.

My stay was overall not pleasant except for staff friendliness and breakfast.

The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

I had to wait and hour before I got my room because there was a problem with booking.com and their computer system. We had been driving for hours and that was the last thing I wanted to do. When I finally got my room, and went upstairs I saw that the ceiling had what looked like mold on a lot of it. The room felt humid as well. Since my family had gotten the last two rooms I knew I couldn’t even ask to switch.

A tolerable experience as it was prepaid or we would not have stayed!

The location for our trip was fine. We were traveling from PA to Florida for a convention and a family vacation.

The rooms (both that I booked) smelled like mold and mildew so much so that one of our party has asthma and could hardly breather during the night. The breakfast was sparse. The staff was so nonchalant about working and were not helpful at all. Could have cared less if we were there or not. Needless to say, we will not be staying in this hotel again and I dare say, probably never again at a Comfort Inn & Suites!! I plan on writing Corporate about this stay for sure and voicing my complaints. It set our whole vacation off on the wrong foot!!!

We will not be staying at this property again

The breakfast and a part of the experience that the staff could not contaminate. The person at the front desk her name was Emily on the very first day I had issues simply asking for towels the towels were taken from my world and not replace so on the morning of my mothers funeral I had to run around trying to get towels we had tipped handsomely and left the room so it could be clean and the day before. Not only that Emily told me the best way to reach the manager would be to email her and she was rarely on site which proved to be true because I never saw her the entire time I was there. unfortunately there was a snowstorm where we are friends and we had to stay an extra day which proved to be another ordeal as they wanted me to go online to book the room and of course I had to pay more for it but would I ever stay in another or in this hotel again the answer is no way there were cobwebs on the third floor above the lighting fixture some of the doors had been damaged with Kick Mark’s and there was a work order in my room when I returned from the day of my mothers funeral. The table in the brown was rickety it was wobbly and I asked for it to be fixed the first day and I was there which also never happened.

We had problems opening opening our doors almost every single day the keys seem to malfunction and we were careful to keep them away from the phone. I would suggest re-training Emily to be able to deal with issues with customers and continue to treat them with respect and smile at them in the morning when they leave and not look at them with distain we paid a lot of money to stay at your property and one of my other friends came from Vermont to stay at that same property for almost the same amount of days total nearly $1000 and we most certainly did not have great service several of your employees.

I stayed her just for a night passing thru the state and when I woke up the sheets had came off the pullout couch (which was already made when I pulled the couch out) and the mattress was covered in dried blood!!! I would never stay here again!!
