I barley slept because the hotel was so noisy , I would not return .

The staff was excellent !

We were right by the elevator which we heard all night so loud ! The smoke that comes into the hall and lobby is horrible . The curtains were broken so light came in and the sofa bed was like a bunch of springs poking you . For almost $200 dollars you could have stayed anywhere else in winnemuca that was cleaner .

Midway overnight stay

Staff was nice. The establishment was clean and quite. The rooms were nice.

The pillows were terrible the mattress was pretty firm..

Loved the size of our room

Loved how big the room was and the different size beds available.

How we had to walk thru the casino to get to the restaurant.

We always stay here on our way through winnemucca.

The breakfast was good since it is served to you. The room was just right for a couple spending the night.

Decent but noisy

The staff at the desk and restaurant were friendly and efficient. The room was clean. The motel was easy to find.

The motel was fairly noisy. Thin walls, doors that closed noisily, the fan on the heat pump, and a room near the lobby all contributed.

Nice staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. would not suggest eating in the restaurant.

easy access, center of town, large vehicle parking. Friendly young man at check in, really comfortable beds and pillows.

smoky smell from casino. poor service in restaurant - waitress got both our orders incorrect, never came back with water or soda refills. Meat ordered medium came raw, returned to be “recooked” to medium as requested - returned just seared on both sides still completely raw and uncuttable in middle.

Winnemucca gem

I liked the location, the friendly and professional staff, and the room was clean.

Although comfortable there was one chair that was extremely worn out.

Room was clean and smoke free. Hallway was clean and smoke free.

Restaurant food was awful - cheap quality and poorly prepared (greasy hashbrowns, paper thin no flavor Bacon, and toast that was barely toasted that had been buttered with barely a dab of griddle grease. Lack of security in the hotel - end of the hallway door would not shut all the way or latch. Lack of security in casino area. A man followed my 16 year old daughter from the restaurant through the casino as she searched for the restroom. She noticed him and went straight to the front desk area and he turned around and went back in the casino and sat at a slot machine next to the bathroom. She called me and I left the restaurant to go and get her and escort her to the bathroom. He kept an eye on us and the bathroom the whole time she was in there. He was a creep!

The staff was very nice and we got vouchers for a free breakfast.

It was dirty. There was hair on the sink. Stains on the blankets and I refused to use the shower.

Decent value - aging hotel in need of refreshing.

The location was really good for my quick access to HWY 80.

Check-in staff was overwhelmed. Room was comfortable, bed and linens were clean but the carpet 'felt dirty', looked old and worn and the furniture was very worn. Not bad but not a place I would stay again.

The staff was excellent, the restaurant food was ok, the beds were comfortable and I hope clean, but the rest was filthy

Good Location

Filthy! Bathtub not cleaned Garbage and food swept into corners and other areas people should not have to worry about. Dead Adult Roach On Floor Under Sink. No screen on window to prevent flies from flying in. I have pictures of all stated above (except for the missing window screen).

Bed was broken. Head was 4 in. Lower than feet. Dirty room. Rooms need some major upkeep!
