Convenient location

We didn't stay for breakfast due to limited time to get to an appointment

The hair dryer would only run 2 min the shut off. Then shut light switch off and on and it would start for 2 min

Less than expected

There was nobody there when we arrived to check in and after pressing the button for service, it took awhile for someone to come. Breakfast is normally served at 7:00 on Sunday. We had a baseball tournament and needed to be out of the hotel at 6:45. The staff was not helpful in allowing us to grab the food that was already prepared and out because it wasn’t 7:00.

the house keeping staff must not know how to do their jobs, I have to go bye Clorox cleaner for the bathroom and clean it myself before using it! and when I told the owner at the front desk how dirty and smelly the room was he just said I can give you 10% your next stay! absolutely disgusting and would not recommend to anyone

Easy check in with friendly staff.

Upon entry the stale smoke smell was very obvious. Our room bathroom had hairs on the floor and tub in the bathroom. Very outdated and worn carpet.

Clean, comfortable, and a convenient location for our purposes.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the table with two chairs. The property is next to a Bob Evans. We are retired and late risers, so we could not avail ourselves of the hotel breakfast.

They put the beverage service (coffee, tea) away sometime in the early afternoon; we would have liked having it later in the day.

The room was neat and there was adequate space. There was a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer which you need when traveling. The continental breakfast had good coffee and several healthy food choices.

Front desk person was helpful but facility needs attention.

It said totally renovated. Not true. Room had a VERY loud fan in bathroom that we had to disconnect. Also very loud refrigerator that we had to unplug.

Management lacks customer service skills and is not professional.

Location

I was locked out of my room for 25 minutes at 10:30 at night. After a new employee in housekeeping tried to help resolve the issue, I had to then wait until the manager returned on-site. Once he got there I tried as well as the housekeeper tried to explain that she’d tried 3 different keys and no luck, he was very rude and bothered that he had to return to the hotel. Inquired about the inconvenience of being unable to access the room I was paying for and he just responded with a “the key worked for me”. Very poor customer service.

The bed was comfortable, and i think clean

Pretty much everything else. It was disgusting... see pics. The worst part is there is a sign outside saying "newly renovated" which is a horrible lie and also the reason i did not read the reviews... very disappointed

Room was a bit musty smelling. Lobby smelled like cats lived there King bed was not comfortable Said newly remodeled on banner but walls were cracked. King room usually has larger bathrooms

It was okay.

The convivence to downtown. Ample parking. Friendly personnel.

Did not like being in an adjoining room. We could hear the TV coming through the door connecting the two rooms. One of us had to wear ear plugs in order to go to sleep. Breakfast: would have preferred scrambled eggs but my main complaint was there was no bread for toast.
