This is the first time in my life I found bed bugs in a room. i have traveled all over the world and the US using discou

after checking in , we went to supper. got ready for bed and discovered a couple uninvited guests ; BED BUGS. went to the office and mgr stated they’d never had issues and a had pest control a week or so ago in. he gave us a bottle of bed bug spray ( that told me they knew of some issues) and suggested I spray around the room. went back to room. wife had discovered another one on her pillow. That was it. we loaded our stuff and prepared to leave. told mgr we were leaving ( now about 1030 pm). he said he wouldn’t charge us for the room. Trying to find another room in town after 10 pm on a Friday was fun……

Avoid this place until it's fixed and cleaned professionally and the manager gets a better attitude.

The price was very affordable and they refunded us %100.

There was bed bugs! There was Spiders in the room. And dead grasshoppers under the bed. TV was outdated with no remote. You could hear everything going on in the other rooms. They were remodeling room by room so only two rooms to choose from, one didn't have a TV. Oh and our room door looked broken into then poorly repaired. The manager was very unprofessional.

I enjoyed my stay.

This Inn has been great with the comfort of the rooms and travel distance to needed facilities. The manager is polite and willing to reasonably accommodate. The price is very reasonable as well.

Affordable Rates/Good Location

The location was right off the Interstate. The rates were affordable. The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. They initially put me in the wrong room, but they were there waiting for me and promptly gave me the keycard for the correct room. The room didn't have toilet paper or shower curtain, but the staff rectified that immediately as well. It fulfilled all my needs for that nights stay. Because of the storm the night before there was a power outage in Elk City, but if you cracked the curtain, you were just fine.

Let's just say NEVER again

At least the door locked.

Room was supposed to be non smoking and there were ashes on the floor among other things such as hair, trash and bugs so the room was clearly not vacuumed. It smelled gross. The carpet was coming up everywhere. The sink handle was broken so the kitchen sink could not be used. There were paper towels in the microwave. We are in the middle of a pandemic people. This place was DISGUSTING. I will be contacting corporate about the conditions as well.
