The location was great, easy access off freeway. Front Desk staff and maintenance staff, very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean.
The pool and workout area hours don't start until 10:00 am. That is way too late to use in the morning before workout. Breakfast bar was not stocked with silverware, sugar, plates, waffle batter, yogurt . The morning staff said it was her first day of doing breakfast

Breakfast was ok.
Coffee was not good, actually bad taste. No decaf available for my spouse. Waiting awhile for it to be prepared. Had to provide our own. No hot water. Had to request.

We have stayed here often but not since Covid .
The property is centrally located for us.
The disrepair of the room we were given bordered on UNSAFE.
The bathroom shower curtain rod had been pulled down and the curtain floated in the bathtub causing a tripping hazard because the tub plug wouldn’t stay open to drain.
The heat/ air conditioner was dirty with dried gunk and piled up dirt over the screen. We didn’t turn it on because we didn’t know what would come out.

The free breakfast was good. The staff was great and accommodating!
The room was freezing cold when we walked in. There was only one towel in the bathroom. There were no remotes to the tv. The beds were too high for me.

easy to get to from the highway. we played at Dave and busters which was only a 5 min drive away
not clean, run down. we went to open the pull out bed for my son and it was filled with crumbs from old food, ramen noodles, old grades, candy wrappers. a crunch up white substance that made me feel questionable. we went to go swimming and stopped to ask front desk to clean it and set it up while we swim (needed bedding) was handed the vacuum and a pile of linens. the room doesn’t have a phone to call front desk. attempted to call on my own phone. they don’t answer. so we just walked down there. I know hiring is difficult right now, especially in Portland.

Fire alarm went off from 5 am to 5:30. My son was on crutches, elevator closed, he had to scoot down 3 flights of stairs. No explanation

location is awesome, great breakfast. the true shining star of this trip was the front desk gal Asianique. she was AMAZING! friendly, personable and helpful, she is the only reason we didn’t walk away from this location and loose our payment.
hotel seems to be full of a lot of questionable people staying there. seems like this hotel is participating in the homeless outreach program. not exactly what you’d expect spending the amount of money we did per night. pool/hot tub seems in a state of disrepair, loose parts in the hot tub (floor cover completely detached and I stepped into the hole it was covering) and elevator seems to be acting up a bit as it’s jerky and doesn’t always line up to the floor properly at first, sometimes continues moving while doors are opening.

Convenient, right off the freeway
Curb appeal wasn't that great. There was garbage all over the place. Swimming pool lighting was pretty bad. Really dark.

So many things to list. I was a stressful mess when I checked in because of the holidays. They were so accommodating. I had a problem with the bathroom sink starting to leak. They were quick to get someone up to the room to get it fixed. Thankfully it was a minor issue.

Location was good.
The Elevator is broken and my sink handle broke off. The staff seemed to be dealing with a lot and although helpful it seemed to take a long time to ask questions.

I was unable to stay because bookings.com couldn't get the confirmation to your facility. We waited 3 hours and several phone calls and ended up sleeping in our vehicle. So it was awful. Your counter person tried to figure it out but she didn't. Not for the lack of trying. She was very kind. She needed help though. She was trying to do 3 people's jobs.

location
The first room had one queen bed mattress on the floor. The hotel clerk was accommodating and contacted manager if I can change rooms. I looked at 2 rooms -1 room was not cleaned and 2nd was ok. My parents stayed as well in another room. The closet door was behind the couch and shower curtain rail rusted. Furniture in both our rooms had nicks and chairs worn. Definitely, not worth $200.00 paid per night and could not get a refund because I chose the Non Refundable Option. In general, property needs complete renovation to charge rates similar to Marriott and Hilton. The building needs gutters cleaned as plants are growing out of them, garbage overflowing outside and structure needs to be pressure wash to name a few issues.I do not write reviews but this was so bad and felt it should be known. Attached some photos for reference.
