Good one day trip with my wife..

Do not travel much and the price was big factor in picking Inn. Second time staying there, probably go there again when going to Sight and Sound.

Tried to call and voice mailbox full. New to job but now knows what to do. Maybe training where it might be helpful. They were friendly and hard working crew.

Disappointing and expensive for the facilities

The floor in the room was uneven, the breakfast was very disappointing, facilities dated & noise started at 6am - we were getting up anyway, but if others weren't that was bad for them.

over all everything was what we had received last time we stayed....couldn't have been any better

checking in was swift......room was excellent and very clean breakfast was more than we had expected

if we had gotten in the room we requested, but we got the next door room.

In town for wedding. Convenient and comfortable.

Very good

This is an older motel but had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The room was spacious and the breakfast was fine. Rate that was charged, equalled the quality of the hotel and services.

Disgusting room

Great location

The facility, besides the lobby was absolutely disgusting. We stayed here 6 years ago and it was not this bad. The bathroom had hair all over the shower. The shower floor felt like there was sand all over. Mold in the caulking. My daughters feet were black from being barefoot. One of the beds was basically broken in the middle. Stains on the sheets and blankets. Broken blinds, dust everywhere!! The hallways were muggy and musty, the breakfast room was HOT.

Worse hotel ever

The breakfast was a walk across the entire property . We didn’t go because it was far and the staff at desk was not helpful about the room

The room STUNK . The windows were open when we arrived, and we shut them when we arrived, so that we could go out sightseeing . When we came back the room smelled like Strong Urine . It was missing its closet door, the beds were missing pieces on the backboards . Bathroom door had damages , shower we didn’t use because a booger on shower curtain and curtain was stained or mold . Shower inside was cracked down the center . Carpet was old and we had live in tenant next door smoking outside throwing butts into yard , looked like days . other tenants had vegetables growing with children toys outside .

Disappointing

Location and comfortable bed.

We were there for two nights. We were only supplied with two towels for two people. I called around noon on my second day and asked for two towels. I explained it was no rush and I assume she figured that two because I never received them. I had to go get my own towels. I paid $150.00 night and the least I can get is two additional fresh towels delivered. Bushes were filthy as well as our door frame was filled with spider webs. I will not be going back.

Never again!

Room was dirty, bugs and ants in the room, mirrors were not clean. Air conditioner had “black” diet in it. Cobwebs in the windows and under the chair. Very disappointed

comfortable, satisfying, but cleaning needs to be more thorough

The breakfast was great, the pool was great, the location was perfect, and the beds were comfortable.

The room was kinda grungy. The carpet looked dirty towards the edges, the sink in the bathroom looked like they may have forgotten to wipe it out between visitors, and there were old, used coffee grinds in the coffee maker. The wallpaper was old and a bit torn, but that didn't bother me much. I just think it should have been cleaned more thoroughly between guests. It wasn't startlingly gross, but not really totally clean either. I kept my shoes on in the room and had my kids shower instead of bathe.

It was convenient and had a good breakfast.

It had a broken shower, air conditioner and it smelled like urine.

It was good but probably won’t stay there again.

Beds were very comfortable. The receptionist in the afternoon and evening was wonderful!

Room needs a good cleaning. Carpet needs replacing. Sink in the vanity couldn’t be used as it backed up and black stuff came out as water slowly went down.

For the time we were there it was okay, we only needed a bed to sleep in.

Convenient to Sight and Sound Theater. I did like that it was not on the main road, so very quite and a unique set up for a hotel.

Did not get the grab and go breakfast. That was disappointing that they did not have breakfast dining room to sit and eat. Room was clean, but very outdated. For the price I was expecting more.

Acceptable for the price, but there are lots of choices in the area. I probably wouldn't again..

Affordable and reasonably clean.

Jet engine heating and air-conditioning unit. Really hard to sleep when that thing kicked on. Beds weren't the best, but acceptable.

quiet and comfortable worth staying during the off days of the week

dry sauna provides a relaxing amenity that you don’t typically see at other hotels. rooms were spacious. bed was very comfortable.

it’s already disappointing they aren’t providing hot breakfast in their large continental breakfast room, but to top it off the grab and go breakfast they do provide is pitiful. consisting of fruit, prepackaged muffins, oatmeal, juice and coffee.

Never again!!!!!

Location was good.

To actually have towels...to dry myself...to be able to see myself in the mirrors....and can they invest in a new toilet paper dispenser ?? There were no towels and when asked I was given hand towels..not a bath towel. And NO breakfast in the lobby but yogurt...told under new management...Do Better and fire the housekeeping staff...

Very good

very comfortable, spacious. great value. bed was very good. staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed here before, last year. seems to be even better than before. I travel to this area a few times a year. this will now be my first choice
