Suuuuuuucked!😵‍💫

First it’s suppose to be a nonsmoking room and my bedspread had burn holes in it and the smell in the room smelled like something being smoked and I have no idea what? King bed squirmed / made noises, children running and screaming on stairways above my room till late hours so sleep nonexistent, complained to front desk and older man said he could read English but not speak it 😳how it that achieved? It you can read English, you can understand English and why would you leave an illiterate serving the public in an English speaking nation?🙀No Amenities/ none. Absolutely 0 amenities! No room phone, trashed smelling, trashed looking and trashed accommodations period. Never again, ever, never, ever…😈

They were mid a remodel

High fee for pets. Entrance sign was unlit making it hard to find. The breakfast was fair. Very limited selection.

It was a place to sleep and shower

It was close to the softball field. When I complained about the room they gave me a new one

Was supposed to have breakfast -didnt not even coffee, pool was green then drained but not filled, smoke detector was not attached holes in the wall smelled like cigars picture frame was broken glass exposed dimmer switch not covered plug exposed..2nd room was just renovated so it was nicer

It was close to stores and eateries

When we pulled up, you could tell that there was a lot of renovation going on, and the front desk was ok she wasn't inviting at all. Next, our room was already open, and when we arrived at our room (it wasn't locked at all), anyone could have been in that room. The room smelled like straight cigarette smoke, it looked as if it hadn't been clean in months, the sheets were filthy dirty( they won't even white)it was stains on the sheets and burnt holes in the linen, some one had toilet paper packed in holes in the wall. The bathroom had so much mildew in the shower I don't think tilex would have gotten it out. The plugs weren't properly done at all. The door looked as if someone tried to bust it down. When we asked for another room, they didn't have any available. I will not stay here again. Just horrible

Disappointing

The room was run down cracks in the floors and bathtub. Cigarette burns in the sheets and only 1 battery in the remote.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely nothing this place was horrible. I’m thinking about reporting it to the Better Business Bureau.

I didn’t like nothing about this place. It was nasty. The soap was already use. The towels were dirty the blankets had big old cigarette holes in it. It smelled terrible.

Loved it

Surprisingly nice considering the area and great price for how nice it was plus the staff was very friendly and offered exceptional service. Beautiful pool area too!

There wasn't much to not like about it, the door for the bathroom was a bit stubborn but that's really it.

Very poor

There were drug dealers and prostitutes hanging in the parking lot and in the breeze ways all night.There was toilet paper dried and stuck to the floor.There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. There were only two wash clothes and two towels for 5 guests. They stopped their continental breakfast. There weren't any cups, ice bucket or coffee. We chose smoking and there were no ash trays. When I tried to call the office, I picked up the receiver and noticed the phone jack was hanging out the wall, no dial tone, and the phone was missing 15 buttons.The top latch on the door was missing. The television didn't have a remote. The wifi couldn't be picked up because the signal was too weak. The light at the door wouldn't come (it was dark upon our arrival)so we had to fill for the lamps to discover the bulbs were missing. Luckily the lights between the beds worked (crooked and bent up).Two minutes after we turned the air conditioner on it went off. There was men's underwear in the drawer (as if it were a gift 🤔) My son found some paraphernalia 😠 from behind the head board. There were two fights on the day we were leaving. Yes the police came. Booking promotes this business and this place should be SHUT DOWN!! Oh, the light by the door... well it came on after the kids.kept fooling with it. It didn't make a difference because I could have gotten more light from my lighter! Then it wouldn't turn off🤬. At that point I was sooo dead!! This place will not get our money again!! I forgot to mention the had a now open side. Whatever you do DONTstay there until they have remodeled.

Poor customer service from Booking.com

Nothing at this point

Did not have room (accessible room for wheelchair) that I booked and paod for in advance. Was told they would not be charging me for cancellation(room) to conact Booking.com and have only gotten run around from booking.com!

Very poor accommodations.

Nothing but location.

We didn’t get the room we booked. Latch on door was broken. Stairs was rusted. Pool wasn’t open. No breakfast available. Bed linen had stains and burn holes.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a while !!!

Everyone was really nice and everything I asked of them was done, I actually am staying another week, thanks again so much for the hospitality!!!!
