We will definitely stay again, it's the perfect location for us!

Hotel was very clean! Pool was also clean, what a pleasure having clear water unlike others we've been to and didn't use. Front desk clerk was super friendly!

Not complaining however I asked for extra pillows and didn't get them. Also would be nice to have a do not disturb sign so maid service doesn't come in. Chocolate milk at breakfast would be a bonus along with fresh fruit!

Ended up NOT staying there. Needed a handicap accessible room. They had no elevator and tried to put me on 2nd floor. Also after we left they charged 4 holds on the credit card. when they told me that they were reversing the charge. They were on there for 4 days. 800 dollars and caused several problems as that was the credit card I was going to use for the trip.

Pleasant

Breakfast was good, with many options.

Very close to interstate, so road noise was an issue. Some furnishings were showing their age. This trip we stayed at two other places for less.

When i checked in, The Lady at the front desk was great. Smiling and very welcoming. She explained everything very well. Was very nice and accommodating. Everything was very clean.

The rooms need a lot of updating.

It was ok. Won’t stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet.

Didn’t like the doors to the outside. The desk clerk was not very friendly. They didn’t offer bottled water. Had to buy it from a vending machine.

We were disappointed that our Anniversary was spent in an old motel.

it was clean and newly painted.

I felt that this is a MOTEL, not a hotel. A hotel is not an outside entrance. This motel was rated “Exceptional” and “Exceptional “ does not have outdated furniture, bathtubs , bedspreads, etc; $150. a night is not appropriate for this hotel. Also, we were checking out at 9:30 am no one was at the front counter. Unfortunately Bookings ratings are not correct on a lot of their listings.

Very pleased,

Good breakfast selection to choose from. Pool area was clean and inviting so we just sat and relaxed since the water was too cold. The chair in our room was uncomfortable but on our 2nd day all chairs in the hotel rooms were replaced. Great job. Staff was very friendly.

I thought the bed was very comfortable but some of the pillows were too squishy so could use replacement.

everyone was very helpful

Breakfast was very good. We had never been to this area and the staff was very helpful as we navigated around the area, We were going to request adjoining rooms and they had already taken care of that prior to our arrival.

problem with two light bulbs, Towels not the best quality but for that motel - it was fine.

It was ok at best, but will not stay here again.

The toilet was extremely low , the shower drained slowly, checking in was horrible but the booking.com was at fault. Booking.com did not send my payment to the hotel,!

This was truly a “Quality Inn” pleasantly surprised.

The breakfast was good, actually more than I expected for a week day. Location was good.

Would stay there again, very nice, clean and well maintained hotel.

Location and room were both great, beautiful Xmas decorations in lobby, staff very friendly, breakfast had a good variety however it did not taste all that great, after first day we went elsewhere for breakfast.

Breakfast had a good variety, however no one in my family of 5 were impressed with the taste of it, we went elsewhere after the first morning.
