the gravy at the breakfast was watery or thin BUT look everything else including the staff was great!!!

The remote control! Only worked if you were exactly in front of the TV. You had to walk to the TV to change the channel lol

Water in the shower did not got hot The bathroom/room was not clean. Broken pictures on the wall with shattered glass. Breakfast looked great in appearance but tasted awful. The lightning in the bathroom was terrible. We were staying overnight for a funeral and couldn’t see in the mirror to shave or apply makeup.

I got charged more then the total on the booking app when I got there and they said there was nothing they could do about it. It was supposed to be 99.23 because the room was 85.00 and 14.00 taxes and they charged me 101.73 which I think is completely wrong I know it's just a few dollars but why did I use this app if I was gonna have to pay more sorry wasn't pleased with this outcome

A water pipe had burst due severe weather. But by the time we went to dinner and returned it had been replaced and water was available. Minor inconvenience

It was clean and had a good breakfast. The staff was nice.

We had booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and hot tub, but they were not open!!! This is not indicated on their website. Also the bathtub in our room wouldn’t drain while we were showering. There were gross particles coming up from the drain.

Peaceful place to stay. Breakfast was good. And pretty close to the places I wanted to visit there. Receptionist was helpful when key card stopped working.

Fitness center wasn't 24 hour so I missed the chance to try it. I didn't find the bed the most comfortable, but that might just be personal preference.

The room was well decorated and comfortable my bed was very comfortable with excellent quality bedding. It was very nice to have coffee available in the very early morning as I am an early riser. Also the staff at the front desk was very helpful with a few requests that I had. Definitely would stay again when I am in the area

My room had a slight odor. This probably was because someone smoked in it at one point. Other than that I really felt like everything was quite nice.

The bathroom wasn't so clean. Sheets did not smell like bleach. Not a fresh smell. There was an oder in the room

Couldn't get the heat to work and staff came and fixed it right away. Bed and pillows very comfortable, beautiful lobby and whole property was very clean. Pet friendly.

Bed sheet had some stains which looked like blood on it, tub was stained as well. Stayed an extra day and asked the maid to freshen room and linens to which she just changed the towels. Trash cans still full and bed unruly.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. A good experience 😊

One morning there was no juice or coffee and eggs were gone. They were refilled later. That was only one morning.

Bed is comfortable and sheets are crisp and clean. Room is spacious. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. I needed to print something and was happy there is a business center with a printer right in the lobby. Cell tower close by so my wi-fi hot spot had no issues.

Let's face it, it's an older hotel so the room has a bit of a musty odor. I kept the ac unit on and didn't really have an issue with that. The carpet was clean. We enjoyed our stay, even though this hotel is older.
