I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here twice because it is close to the Pearson Vue testing center. I mostly love their pillows! They have hot breakfast and the facility is clean and always smells good. There was a younger Hispanic man at the front desk who helped me both times I’ve stayed here and he’s always super nice and professional. Staying here as a young single female I feel comfortable in the hallways. I’ve stayed other places in El Paso that were kind of sketchy and I like that they have indoor hallways and good lighting in the parking lot. Their website says the deposit hold fee is $100 but I was only charged $50. They’re always good about returning my fee.

My first room a few years ago was pretty nice. My room this time had some issues like broken tile, holes in the walls, my sink drained so slow that it would fill up while I was using it. It wasn’t closed or anything. The shower rod was falling down. This meant that the shower curtain wouldn’t close right and water was all over the floor every time I took a shower. I did find someone else’s hair in my bed, looked like a beard hair… let’s hope. Not a huge deal for me but it would probably gross some people out.

A disappointed stay.

The room looked dingy. The bed was not comfortable. The carpets and drapes were frayed and looked dirty. The breakfast was not what I've come to expect from Comfort Inn: scrambled eggs were dry and tasteless and no meat,(bacon or sausage) as I've had for years at every Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at.

No Privacy Suites

The rooms are really comfortable. Space in room is perfect . Just no Privacy they don't respect check out time

No privacy our check out was at 12 pm it was about 10 am I was in the restroom when they opened the door to my room. I had the no disturb sign outside the door and they still opened my door it was so Embarrassing for them to see me in the restroom since I had the door open to the restroom. I called front desk their explanation was someone had checked me out which I had just woken up I asked to speak to supervisor they said why ? I didn't need a supervisor that they were checking me back in that was their solution so I would think twice about this suites since they don't respect guests privacy and their check out time
