Breakfast was ok.
There was poop in swimming pool and bed bugs in the room!!!!!!!
7.0
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable
The bathroom design was very bad. Impossible to reach the toilet paper roll. The holder needs to be installed on the sink cabinet face.

Location
The room smells like old mildew, the heater is so dusty and there are chunks in the vent. Very dusty and made it difficult to breath out of my nose.

Leaving the hotel in the morning. Outside of that, the bed was comfortable.
First, there was an issue at the front desk that my card was declined. Turned out it was most likely a system error with Booking.com being able to connect with the hotel. The desk lamp wouldn't turn on, only to find out the entire outlet was burnt out. When I took a shower, the curtain rod was very loose, so water fell all over the floor. the shower head leaked, and the whole water system howled in protest for the first three minutes. This was before I went to the hot tub, only to find the water was lukewarm. Who allows that, anyway?? Very disappointing. The breakfast was a complete joke with cold eggs, and terrible bacon. I had two bites and just threw my plate in the trash. If I were counting on this place to carry me through a weekend, or a true business trip, and not a long excursion that I'm returning home on, I would've asked for a refund...Not that they would've given it.

There was plenty of space in our suite. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the pool and hot tub were great.
I can’t think of anything we were particularly displeased with.

Great location
The rooms and general state of the property were in a bit of disrepair… overall it was decent.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Loved the room. My granddaughter and I changed our plans and decided to stay an extra night because we liked it so much.

The location was easy to get to.
There’s a nearby air field so fighter jets flew over every few minutes.
Our room was infested with ants and all they wanted to do for us was get us a vacuum so we could clean them up. They were all over the beds, the floor, the bathroom and our stuff. Staff were very unresponsive and didn’t seem to care at all.

More jet pressure on hot tub

This hotel has the nicest receptionist I've ever meet.
It's close enough to the airport and grocery stores. For me, this was the perfect starting place to rest and buy groceries for my trip from Salt Lake City to the National Parks.
Breakfast is nice!
My room was right next to the loud ice machine. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Breakfast was amazing so many options and it was set up very nice. Room was large and roomy. Only thing I had an issue was was a flickering bathroom light. And the elevator kept shutting the door way to quickly.
The elevator door shutting on us too quickly

Breakfast was great, location great. People there were mostly new or confused. You need new couches and carpet. The place smells
Roomy, but smells

There was not much parking because they had asphalted the parking lot on two sides of the building and people had to park on the street.

Staff was friendly.
Rooms were super tiny for the price we paid. Traffic was really loud.

The room was great, very clean and really comfortable. The price I got was great too. I wish I could have stayed for a few more days.
The coffee maker did work but was missing the piece that you put the coffee pouch in so I had to make one out of a cup and hold it in place while it brewed. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to turn one light on without the other one going off (I hate when hotel rooms have this setup) but that's not a big deal. I also hate how they dim the TVs to conserve electricity. It really bothers me because I like to play video games and that makes it difficult. Other than those small things though this was a great room for a good price

Clean and spacious room. The handrail in the shower was helpful for keeping me stable with my neuropathy issues. The bed was real comfortable.
The refrigerator sounded like it was running water/defrosting a lot through out the night. We had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel.
6.0
the breakfast was the best part of the stay.
the pool area looked old. well the whole hotel look old. there was pair chipping around the pool and it tube. poor circulation in the pool area. it smelt like old dirty dippers and chlorine. the bed felt old and not very comfortable. the tv had major burn in and old Small tv 32”. the shower head had major calcium buildup. my room was next to the ice machine on the third floor. and it was loud all night.

The breakfast was delicious.
The gal on duty the night we arrived offered to make up the sofa, bed for us when I called to say we would arrive late. I wish I could remember her name, because she was uncommonly kind!
I was thankful that the parking lot was kept plowed.
There was a bright light right outside our windows, and no way to block it out.… Some room darkening curtains would have been helpful.
The big mirror on the closet door reflects the bathroom light into the eyes of anyone sleeping in the bed near the bathroom.
The bathroom drain plug was not holding water, but I was able to fix that myself.
The pocket doors that separate the two rooms are not quite long enough to be able to close completely without coming out of their pocket.
6.0
Bed was comfortable
Paper thin walls and highway noise.
Front desk could offer no help in figuring out the TV and remote. First world problems I know.
