Great stay at reasonable price.

Clean and neat. Courteous staff, good breakfast. Lot of restaurants near by. 24 hour coffee available. The price was reasonable. Overall, the stay was very good. Nothing to complain.

I would recommend the hotel.

ourvroom was very comfortable & clean. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were all very happy & friendly. we didn't stay long but we'd definitely stay again. ty!

Not happy

Friendly Bacon and juice coffee was good.

Bed was hard. Didn't get the floor I ask for. Shower dripped the hole stay. Fridge freezer was frozen over. Eggs were terrible. Cleaning supplies not not smell good.

Look elsewhere

I always stay at Choice Hotels and am a gold member. This Comfort Inn was very tired, our bathroom floor and entry floor where very dirty, the room smelled so musty when we opened the door it was terrible. Had I not booked ahead and prepaid we would have left the bed needed upgraded. To have paid 200 for this hotel is crazy but location was the key. I wouldn't recommend to others.

Bathroom floor and entry dirty, smelled so musty, stains on black out curtain when I went to close it. Bed definitely needed upgrade.

Good selection for breakfast Access to the pool and a gym

The smell in our room was extremely unpleasant. Either the A/C unit was faulty or had leaked, but it was not very nice, and if we had been staying more than one night, I would have requested to move.

Really nice, quiet and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was very decent with several choices for everyone, yet the coffee was too bad for the hotel of this quality, so many other worse places could boast of better blends! Please make better coffee, please!

Location to a wedding in Crozet

The power was off 7+ hours Took quite a long time for power company to arrive. The Comfort Inn Staff did a super job making guests as comfortable as possible

The hotel lost power Saturday, June 24 around 3pm as we were getting ready for a wedding. I went to the wedding with wet hair and had to put makeup on in car. We came back from the wedding and the hotel was still without power. Our room was like a sauna and we waited for over an hour life the electricity to come back on. My biggest disappointment is with the staff and management. I saw no effort being made to inform the guests on what was going on. I wanted to go to another hotel but no one was at front desk to talk to.

Hotel electrical power loss.

Great facility, room very clean and professional staff.

From Thu, June 21 to June 25, my wife and I traveled to Waynesboro, VA to assist my elderly mother in Law with her critical abdominal surgery st Augusta Health hospital and transfer to the rehabilitation site. On Saturday, May 24, at approximately 1030 a.m., the hotel ectrical power was lost to half of the hotel, affecting our room. Electrical power was not repaired until approximately Sunday, 1 am. No monetary compensation, apology or information about the loss of electricity was offered to us by hotel staff during our checkout. Overall, we are very disappointed about our hotel experience, despite dealing with our family emergency

Very pleasurable and Short lived.

I was pleased that Dennis Campbell was able to make the change in the time that we required. he has a wonderful disposition and demeanor. he noted the things that he is going to have Mr. Johnson the Maintenace person on staff address. while the stay was very short it was a joy to have meet Dennis, and should I need to return I will choose the comfort Inn.

the staff was super friendly! Everything was very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Close to everything. I felt very safe staying there as a single woman.
