When we arrived we were greeted with care and such an amazing warm welcome. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they were short staffed and he was quite tired. We were asked to pay an incidental fee, which was a surprise, but we were told it would be refunded after checkout. Both my husband and I were charged $75 because we were told that the system wouldn't accept my card, but it was charged and due to the lack of staffing we were not able to clear this up at time of check out. We stayed for 4 days and never visited by house keeping or offered new towels, I'm assuming because they were short staffed. The staff that was there was kind and welcoming. And for the price we paid, we didn't expect gleaming facilities, but there are kitchenettes and hard wood floors and the beds were surprisingly comfy. The location was awesome. Within 7 minutes of all the best restaurants and shopping and 9 minutes from the airport. If you're looking for a great value but aren't too picky about the "look" of things this is a hidden gem. Some tips: Call ahead, prepare for the $75 incidental fee and Have fun.

More staff and be up front about fees

Didnt really look around just checked in showered and went to sleep. No bugs which is a big plus

It was close to the hospital for recovery

The staff is horrible, over charged fraudulently for the hotel issues, turnt water off in bathroom and did not replace room. Maintenance just come in your room with key while your sleeping, no management and more the worst place to ever go when you trying to recovery from surgery, instead of healing I was hurting from the lack of customer care and non functioning bathroom then being over charged.

It's not a dump but I'd never stay here again No sockets by the bed to charge phone Just not a quality place to stay

Nothing it is alot if loitering in the hallways. You smell weed all throughout the hallway.

I didn’t like the fact people hang out in the lobby, the weed smell, the loudness.

Employees are not professional and rude to answer the questions . Feel like not worthy to stay for next time .

Close to where I needed to be

Rooms were older and pretty basic. Little overpriced for what I got but was Thanksgiving holiday

Value, Location and friendly staff

Room Cleaning Policy, and Maine Reception working hours (07:00 To 23:00) which makes it impossible for early check-in within this big gap
