Enjoyed the services and staff courteousness.

Breakfast was served every day, room was clean, and sheets were changed. Everything was kept up to date. Would recommend to stay here.

Card to enter my room was in active, some of the room light did not function, other than that, everything was good.

A good value for the price.

The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. For the amount we paid, this was a pretty good room.

The room door handle made it hard to enter the room. My key wasn't coded right initially so I had to go back down to get it squared away. The construction near the hotel made it hard to find.

Good stay for a stop over in Alexandria/VA

We liked the location. It's close by to Alexandria and directly next to a large shopping mall.

It's very noisy and the rooms have bad ventilation.

Older but comfortable hotel, with friendly staff, and shuttle service to the near by metro,

The breakfast was surprisingly good and a good variety for my vegetarian husband and my gluten sensitivity. The shuttle back and forth to the metro was great. We never really had to wait and the drivers were friendly. The manager actually drove once when the regular driver was detained. The staff were really friendly. Also, the large refrigerator in the room kept everything very cold and there was plenty of room to store drinks and food. Overall we felt this was a good value experience.

This is an older hotel and some of the drawers were less than desirable, discolored. Shelf liner would help.

Good. Will stay again on our return trip.

Nice to have fresh hot coffee and breakfast. Room was clean, and had plenty of towels.

Woke up twice to sound of young people returning to their rooms.

Given the choice, i would not stay here again.

The breakfast was decent. They offered transportation to the metro. Close to the hwy. Housekeepers were nice.

The front desk person we dealt with was rude and difficult to work with. The facility appears to be very old. Our room was dark with terrible lighting. People were loud in the halls past 10 pm. I mean LOUD for a while. The bedding needs updating it appears very old as well. We had a party of 2 rooms. My daughter and her boyfriend had trouble with their room key a couple times and the front desk person insisted she didn’t know how to use it. (They are adults and know how to use a hotel key.). Overall our experience was somewhat disappointing.

Good for the location

If you drive a work truck or heavy duty truck, make sure you can get one of the 10 outside parking spaces. The rest of parking here is in a deck and unless you’re in a compact car, you’re not getting between vehicles in a truck.

Lobby was attractive. Breakfast room was clean and bright. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. I became sick during our stay and we had to leave a day early. Our bill was reduced to reflect this. We are grateful for this act of kindness.

Needs were Met

Location, and it was comfortable. I was happy for the most part with my choice.

I did find a towel with a previous visitor hair in it. It was only one towel that was like that Everything else was good so I didn't complain. I just assumed it was a chance incident.

Decent place

Great location and clean, but dated rooms.

The Internet constantly signs out. We were on business and both had laptops and the connection would drop. Speed was slow but acceptable but very annoying to have to keep signing back in.
