Great location, easy stay.

The size and spaciousness of the room was great. We had an executive queen. Late night arrival was easy and they were helpful in changing my dates and adding a day. The breakfast seemed fairly fresh with lots of options.

Maybe more herbal tea options- as there were only caffeinated ones available.

It was nice to have a variety of food items for breakfast.

The cleanliness could be improved - there was mold in our shower and there was someone's dirty underwear behind one of of the drawers.

Very nice room. Very comfortable. Will definitely stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Marriot again.

For the money, you should stay elsewhere for comfort.

Easy location

Huge, even like a maze. Not “homey” more like a sterile compound. Weird. The biggest issue for me was the HARD MATTRESSES. I’m in the industry and they were HARD as a ROCK. ONLY PEOPLE WHO SLEEP ON THEIR STOMACHS need such a firm mattress. Most of the world sleeps on their sides, and need a softer comfort layer to cradle the joints .. hips and shoulders take the brunt of the bodies weight and those joints need cradling. Not just great support. It’s appalling you send people to a website to purchase your awful mattresses??!! Wow. Not a good idea at all. Other than that the rooms were sterile. Clean but uninviting

Nice place to stay, close to the interstate. The room was large with two beds and a couch. It was clean and comfortable. The freshly based cookies were a nice touch.

The breakfast wasn't ready at 6:30 am as stated. We had to wait for about 20 minutes before the items were brought out. In spite of this, the selections were great. Lots of options to choose from.

Very comfortable bed and pillows

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a really nice outdoor courtyard area. There were lots of good breakfast options and cookies in the evening.

Didn't like the lighting in the room. The bulbs are too bright.

We found half empty soda can under the bed. The bedroom section of the suite had clearly not been vacuumed for quite a while, there was dust and hair all over the shelf in the bathroom- especiallyon the bag for the hairdryer. ,

Nice, clean and quiet.

I thought this was a 3-star hotel because other locations of this chain are. I am not sure how hotels obtain their ratings, but this is on par with the 3-star hotels I typically stay at. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub area were nice. We enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast. I would recommend it.

They had body wash, shampoo and conditioner but for some reason they didn’t have lotion.
