It was comfortable and clean. I thought the price was a little spendy.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. The beds were comfortable and I liked the two extra chairs in the room. The staff was great!

The bathroom was small and didn’t care for the sink to be outside the bathroom.

Good base for the Olympic Peninsula

We spent a few days on the Olympic Peninsula and we found this hotel to be a good base to explore the area. Decent sized room, comfy beds, and a reasonable range of items a breakfast (cereal, pastries, yoghurts). The owner was very welcoming.

The breakfast room area isn't the biggest, and on some mornings was a bit crowded.

Comfy place, short walk to stores. Lots of places to eat around the area.

A comfy spot that is walking distance from stores, with a great view of the hills and valleys.

Having to carry my luggage to the second floor. Not a personal issue for me but it can be an issue for others. However, The staff said they would help if needed.

Will stay again next year.

We didn’t use the Breakfast at the hotel provided. We prefer to use the restaurant next door and give a discount for staying at the motel.

We stay at this hotel every year and it’s a great value.

We had a very comfortable stay in a spacious quiet room. It was excellent.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Staff were very accommodating. They changed our room so we could store bikes in room.

Rate was high due to Lavender Festival.

Kids running upstairs. The floors were thin and we could hear it all. Has trouble sleeping due to the thin floors and kids above us.

The property was well maintained and updated, friendly, helpful staff, very decent continental breakfast (included toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, hard cooked eggs etc). Staff had no problem with us bringing our bikes into the room.

Was able to check in an hour before actual check in time. My luggage was brought up by one of the owners, which was a nice surprise. Quiet (for the most part) and clean. Just what we needed for a place to rest for one night.

Bed was uncomfortable. Unless you like a very firm mattress! No elevator to the 2nd story. Stayed in Rm 218, a section of the floor by coffee table is coming up and uneven.

Great, comfortable stay in a central location in Sequim!

The location was so convenient; lots within walking distance. The breakfast was great- love the waffle maker and good pastries. Our room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked great, parking and check-in were simple, and the staff was excellent.

The doors slam, and I was woken up several times to other guests letting their doors slam shut. The ice machine was broken, which was an inconvenience.

Simple nice hotel that is value for money!

Pretty standard room and facilities. Manager is very friendly and helpful. Location is not bad but is far from Olympic Nat Park.

Room is a little dated and need some sprucing up.

unexpectedly comfortable hotel in a cute neighborhood

I expected the "continental breakfast" to be coffee and pastries, but it had everything you'd find at a Hampson Inn or Holiday Inn Ezpeess, except the rubbery sausage and the gross instant eggs. But, there were waffles, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, plus the pastries. Also, there is a little puttputt golf course on the property. The couple that runs the hotel is so nice and so helpful.

There's no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us, but might deter some people.

New Owners/Fresh Remodel Good Price and Amenities for any traveler. Book here.. No Really STAY HERE

The new owners and management staff was very helpful and friendly. They actually had a breakfast as advertised - Waffle machine, pancake maker, cereal, fruit.. not a muffin, apple and milk in a bag like most places nowadays. Comfortable beds in good sized rooms. There is a market across the street and many restaurants, entertainment and activities options for while family or just the traveling business person within blocks. I would choose Ocean Star Inn over the local casino(its only 7 minutes away if you wanna go play a little) at half the cost. You definitely get more than you pay for at this price point,

It may seem strange to say but there was not anything that I did not like I could be silly and say things like.. The coffee was to fresh, The bed was to comfortable.. This is just a great place.

I had low expectations (being used to Hampton Inns). I was pleasantly surprised with Econolodge.

Young woman at the front desk was very efficient. Breakfast was delivered right on time. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.

The lobby could have been a little nicer. Seemed a little low class when you walked into the lobby. Breakfast choices were very limited.

Overall stay was pleasant, works fine if you just need to stay a night or two.

The staff at check in were very friendly and explained any pertinent details about my stay. The hotel was in a good location, safe, plenty of parking, and had all the normal amenities found in a typical hotel stay.

The thing I hated most was that the hotel rooms are not carpeted, but have vinyl flooring. This just feels very cheap and also not very cozy or inviting. Also what ive noticed a lot of hotels do now is don't provide full size pillows but like small/quarter size pillows. It is uncomfortable to sleep with. I wish hotels would stop doing this! It makes no sense to me.

Not what I expected for $284.

Not good. Only cereal and a couple of other small items brought to your room.

An elevator. Two story building with no elevator. Difficult to carry luggage upstairs.

Guy at the front desk was very friendly.

Claiming to have a continental breakfast but when you arrive you have to make a choice of breakfast options (non of them are part of a 'continental breakfast') which they are all out of. They only had a tiny "smoothie" (simple yoghurt drink). With that in mind the price you pay is too much.

Really friendly staff and rooms were a great size. Beds were comfy and it was quiet. Location is close to everything. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

breakfast was cold. toothbrush and toothpaste are NOT complimentary. there was this smell at the hall way on 3rd floor. price/night is quite expensive compared to the value of the property.
