Excellent place for multi-night stay

Great location. Close to restaurants and the Victoria ferry as well as two blocks from two free charging stations at an excellent Safeway, which was great as we had a rental EV. The room was spacious, comfortable, old, but with some nice updates. The free breakfast had good options.

Good location for quick stop before ferry

We enjoyed how close we were to the downtown core/ferry terminal and the complimentary breakfast in the morning offered a variety of goods. Beds were comfortable and Safeway (grocery store) was just around the corner if needed. Staff were pleasant too and permitted late check-out when asked.

Our room could have been cleaner but we recognize it is a pet-friendly hotel.

Glad we came!

Unique vintage design is very cool. Staff was wonderful and served a great free breakfast. We could see the Sound and the Mountains.

Some areas could be repainted, but it's buffeted by salt water wind, so acceptable.

Great view, dog friendly, proximity to downtown!

The location had great views, and walking distance to downtown restaurants and attractions. Staff was very helpful to welcome us to visit the area. Breakfast option was good. We travelled with our dog. The only thing we found was ants around a corner of the room, we moved our dog away from where they were.

Great place to get to Hurricane Ridge from.

Location was great.

Great value stay - clean with friendly staff.

Great location and reasonable price. The staff member at check-in was so pleasant and helpful for our post-midnight arrival and accommodated my last minute request for a crib. FREE laundry facilities. Comfortable beds. Good little breakfast buffet. This is an older place, but felt nice and clean.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom. I wish the curtains were a little more effective at blocking the outside light- pretty bright even from the street lamps after dark.

Our stay was nice enough.

I liked the location . Beds were decent, bathroom had a pink toilet and shower which didn't match the esthetic of the rest of the room but we still enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was delicious.

It was weird, but fine for this trip

Breakfast was great and the location was perfect.

Thin walls, so it was really loud. The facilities were just okay. It was overall kind of a weird place - it served my needs for this particular trip, but I wouldn't stay at this place for vacation or a nice getaway.

We did not eat the breakfast but the location was good.

The stuff was a little difficult to get hold of when you needed something and there was sugar ants in the bathroom.

It was very close to the ferry terminal and walking distance to several restaurants. Staff were extremely nice and friendly.

No elevator i would rate this a seven as the room seemed small, bathroom very smaall

Disappointing

The location was great and the staff was welcoming and nice.

The room felt dirty, it was tiny, i did not feel i got my money’s worth, for the price i paid I expected a squeaky clean fresh room

Exceptional

Was perfect for our needs being only a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal to Victoria, BC. Breakfast was good.

In the building we were in, there did not appear to be an elevator. Parking was on first floor, with rooms on second and third.
