That booking.com said our room we booked was ocean view and it wasn’t so we upgraded and had to pay more for a 3rd floor room and then they don’t have balconies. Not the properties fault, it’s booking.coms fault.

Decent wish the breakfast was better and they had a TV room drinks food.

The sheets were amazing, Bot sure on the thread count but very nice.

No blankets or AC. Breakfast was not good. Sausage was chewy and eggs didn't have taste and some burnt. I looked didn't like they tey and charge you for everything. Check in early.

Good for leisure but not recommended for working remotely

Good location, free breakfast

Facility is old and needs update - hallways, room and bed linens had a smell. Wi-Fi was weak especially on Friday and I needed good Wi-Fi to take Zoom calls for work meetings from the hotel which made remote work difficult during this stay.

The price was ok. The employees great. The location is great, but until they remodel this hotel we would not stay here a

With the exception of a long haired, young girl behind the desk, when we first arrived, the employees are exceptional. wonderful, helpful, nice. Cannot say enough good about them and how exceptional they are. They are truly service oriented employees.

With the exception of the lobby, our room was so run down. We were in 303, facing the beach,with what would have been nicer if the windows were replaced. They are so old that there was mold in the corners and you could feel the cold wind coming right thru them. The outside was dirty, so it was a little bit scratchy to look out. When we got to the room, we were disappointed with the fact that they hadn’t vacuumed very well, because we found someone else’s toe nail clippings on the rug, plus crumbs of food. We picked them up, but it was kind a gross. We did not ask them to vacuum. The tv was very nice sized, but the picture was not clear. There was no internet do to some kind a problem, so I had to use my phone’s hot spot capabilities. The mattress was a king, but is so old, it is lumpy. my back is suffering because of it. The bathroom was horrible. The tiles on the floor, were cracked and broken. There was some black looking stuff on one of the tiles that looked like it could be mold. I wasn’t touching it to find out if it was. This was a handicapped room so the shower was flat, complete with a giant shower chair.(We totally don’t need a special bathroom. The problem with the shower, was that they needed a better shower head, and a different kind of system, because a handicapped person couldn’t have reached it. We barely could. Also, the wall paper was starting to peel off. We decided to go for a swim, and the pool had peeling paint around the edges, and just needs a refresh so it doesn’t look so rundown. Rusty looking fan grates, on ceiling and walls.

I enjoyed the quiet of the hotel despite being quite full. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the whole hotel, and the only issue with the rooms are the bathrooms are too small.

LOCATION WAS IDEAL... ROOMS ARE OUTDATED AND THE BEDS NEED REPLACED. HAIR WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. THE OWNERS NEED TO SPEND SOME MONEY AND FIX THE PLACE UP A BIT..

Communication between Bookings and the hotel was poor. They had incomplete information regarding changes made 2 weeks before (adding a room) which resulted in incorrect billing at checkout. It was resolved.

Nice place to stay, good location near the beach with a delicious breakfast!

Front desk lady Brenda is very nice, hospitable, and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast with waffles, sausage, and scrambled eggs!
