Good value!
Hot tub wasn’t hot enough

Very nice room for breakfast hotel provides. . Some better options at breakfast for cereal would have been nice. Pastries were ok. Maybe offer boiled eggs and whole wheat bread.
Really appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly.

Hot tub
Breakfast food sucked, no pool, loud traffic, very old not updated rooms, blankets were very thin, lotion was 1/2 used
3.4
Waffles only edible.
The breakfast was very lacking and minimal. The room was dirty, you could tell that the room had not been vacuumed, the bathtub was stained and dirty, we found dead roaches, the TV and remote wouldn't work properly.

Location
We had stains on our bed sheets. The fire alarm battery was dieing so their fix was to disconnect the fire alarm…

hot tub was out of commission, shower

Staff was friendly that’s it.
The toilet seat was loose. The air and heating system were not wired correctly. There were strangers outside the motel back door who were drinking and one was switching on and off his large switch blade. I felt like it was a prostitute haven. It felt unsafe.

Nothing, loved it all

Location to convention center convenient. Breakfast ok and supplies replenished
Room was extremely dark, brown everything; brought dirty towels to desk for replacement and did not have what I needed, no bath mat, or second bath towel had to empty my own wastebasket, room had kind of musty smell

Easy to find. Good location. Quiet place.
There was a issue at check in with the front desk. The clerk was locked out and it took 15 minutes to get checked in.

Beds were uncomfortable and guest left food and garbage all over the place.

Location was fine. Staff was helpful. Bananas were good
The refrigerator in my room was sitting out in the middle, unplugged, and inoperable. No place for the coffee machine or ice bucket - they were tucked into drawers. Lampshades were broken and stained. It just seemed dirty. Rugs in hallways were dirty. Breakfast was white bread, waffles and cold cereal - there were bananas I guess for the gluten free crowd. There was shampoo, no conditioner. For some reason on the second day when I tried to get in with my key, it had "expired", so at 9:30pm after a very long day, I had to walk all the way around to the front door to get back into the hotel.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean but had a strange smell
Smell of room (like weed), Only had 2 towels. No kleenex. Very noisy place. Heard noises all hours of the night, loud people, barking dog, screaming kids at 0520 in the morning. Heard noisy conversations outside that sounded sketchy in the wee hours of the morning. Matres with many stains (only saw this because our bottom sheet came off while in bed)

Hotel houses homeless population of LaCrosse. Door to building left open and smell of urine in entryway. I traveled with my dog and was given a room at the end of the hall by exit used but the homeless folks. There was noise all night. Wll not stay there again ever. I don't think after this experience and one I had in Elkhart travelling to LaCrosse that I will book at Econolodge again.

The sheets had holes in them.

I not like it at all. All the years I traveled this was the worst ever.
The beds, towel where not clean. The smell in the hallway and room.
3.4
Room was clean
They didn't handle guests that were causing issues.

It was close to downtown la Crosse.
The place is apparently also a long-term home for quite a few very shady looking individuals, one of which took it upon himself to bang on my door at one point with my small children in the room to demand to know if I had been the one who had made a noise complaint on him. which I had not, and his intention was to confront me about it and intimidate me, when I went to complain to the front desk they acted like there was nothing they could do. so I was threatened by other patrons and they did nothing. And this didn't even include the fact that there was spiders in the bathtub, dust across most of the items, and that the shower curtain was practically falling off of the wall.
