Disappointing

Location was good

Very poorly maintained. Soap / conditioner dispensers empty. Front desk seldom staffed. No breakfast available. Hard to activate hot tub jets. I don’t like to complain, but it is sad to see customers neglected.

Nice hotel in a congested location. Opportunity to walk to a large variety of restaurants.

We liked the proximity of a large variety of restaurants within walking distance. After a long day of driving, we enjoyed the walk. The room was clean and comfortable.

There is nothing attractive about the placement of the hotel....it faces the back of another hotel....surrounded by parking lots. Once inside, it is quite nice....it's just the location which is bleak.

Not good. Could not stay & property nor Booking.com unwilling to refund. Sadly disappointed.

It was so bad. We checked in and could not stay.

somewhat convenient

amenities were lacking. such as no soap in the room. no sugar creamer packages for coffee. ice ma non broken. the room itself was ok. mostly clean except the microwave and area. the hot tub was not exactly “hot”. staff was not exactly overly friendly

Pulled in with truck and trailer very difficult to turn around. The heat in the room was turned off. very cold took several hours to get room to a comfortable temperature. Heating unit it didn’t work very well.

The location and overall facility were great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Sleep was greatly interrupted due to fire in the room across the hall. There was no breakfast offered which made a short night even less palatable.

Superb

One of the better hotels we stayed in during our trip. The beds were good, the bathroom big enough, no surrounding noises. Very good location close to freeway and breakfast restaurants.

The pool was an issue. When leaving the room the chloride smell was extreme in the hallways and very unpleasant for my sinus. And no breakfast, so price was a little on the high side.

Very nice place for reasonable rate!

Bed was really comfortable! Room was neat and spacious for the price.

Had to wait a bit for staff to checkout in the morning, but maybe we could have left without checking out? Noticed a very dusty vent in the bathroom. A continental breakfast would have been nice in the available room.

not at all satisfactory. I told them we should get a partial refund ,

not much! They didn't have breakfast. Only coffee and very poor orange juice. Everytime you wanted to talk to staff you had to call them from desk counter. Phone in the room didn't work, and they would come over from neighboring motel unit. Never did see staff or housekeeping in the motel.

There was never anyone at the front desk. They didn't bring towels or make bed our second day. Had to call them for towels. Tub and bathroom was borderline. Tub was not clean and very slippery. I told staff before leaving we were very dis-satisfied and should get partial refund. They said they would tell management and they never replied to us.
