Neat rooms and staff helpful and accommodative.
Breakfast could have had some fruits and cakes.

Lamp in room not working

It was decent for the price
The only thing if you pay cash you have to put 150 deposit the night when you check in. I understand just wish they would of let us know.
4.0
The price of room & location close to freeway.
Breakfast could’ve been expanded-yogurt, fruit, eggs. I wanted to use AARP discount but was advised I couldn’t use since I didn’t call the Inn directly—although I used your website. I’ll have to be more careful in future. Also didn’t realize I could’ve used Choice Rewards until after we left.

missed breakfast it was over by 9 am
The turn in to the hotel was dark and hard to see at night

The employee who brought us clean sheets and blankets so we could replace what was in our room, was a kind lady.
The front desk lady showed sympathy for us.
The bedding was not clean (hairs- including pubic- were found in our beds. Also, a McDonald’s toy fell out of one bed when we removed the bedding. The floors were very dirty. There was dirt, food crumbs etc including a piece of beef jerky! Found on the floors near our beds. There was a weird smell. It was worse in the hallway. No one in our family slept well. We just felt icky being there.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. There is always coffee I liked it.
AC was loud. Walking sound from upstairs. Game day was very expensive.

Very few options. Toast, mini bagels and cereal.
Warm food options for breakfast.

The rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable. Good place to stay for the price and no more than we were in the rooms.
The smell of smoke walking in the doors is horrible.
The breakfast was okay, but if you really want breakfast, plan on going out to get breakfast.
There was a man sleeping on the couch in the lobby when we left one morning at about 10 am. That was weird

the place was clean, quiet and staff would say hi. I was next to the laundry room for quest did not hear it.
Breakfast items need some protein you had a frig with milk, cream cheese, butter in it so had hard boiled eggs. Your pool is down but if kids stay there they would be running the halls. Early morning hearing doors closing loudly and you trying to sleep

The room was a good value for the price. King size bed. Not a bad location. Close to lots of points of interest and necessity. I'm not a white glover but it appeared clean and stocked with standard amenities. Flatscreen tv,cable, microwave, mini fridge, sofa bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast.
Tiny little pillows for a king bed and an odd number as well.. Three tiny little pillows. That's my only gripe.

In general, the hotel is good for both individuals and families, however, there are no restaurant facilities, so if you need food you have to order online or go out for food, the breakfast is good,
The leady woking on the night shift in the reception was not very good with customers, as she should be,

Such a friendly person checked us in. She even held the door open for us as we brought in our luggage.

The breakfast was small bagels and white bread. There was a toaster. There was grape and strawberry jellies. There were cereal options and instant oats but I couldn't find milk for cereals. The coffee got over too. There was some juice too.
The receptionist informed us that the type of room (1 Queen) we booked was unavailable and that we have to pay more to get a larger room with 2 Queen beds. This was unexpected. At the end, we did not have to pay more since there was an accessible single Queen room which we stayed in. Although smoking is prohibited, the bed sheets smelt of cigarettes.

the receptionist charged me more than the stated on booking. she said there is no the booked option.

The staff was really friendly to our dog. The bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was meager. Very few options, mostly full of carbs and fat.

The location suited our need, the facility/room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good.
During our stay, the hallway reeked of cannabis smells and seeped into our room. Overpriced during U of I Mom’s weekend.

I liked that the hotel was right off the highway and easy to find. My room was clean to the obvious sight as when you first come in. The hall was quiet so no disturbance. And checking in and out was very quick and convenient
The water pressure in the shower was horrible, could definitely use more pressure. My let out sofa-bed had no sheet or blanket for my child to use so I gave her the blanket from the big bed. The cushions on the sofa definitely need to be vacuumed very well or replaced, and there wasn't an iron which I really needed. I know breakfast was continental but a bagel, coffee and juice it's going to cut it.

thanks Tanya for helping me to find my losing stuff.

I like that the hotel was easy to find yet snuggled away. It was quiet throughout the night and in the morning. Price was bad for the stay.
The bathroom door wouldn't stay open, the sink was outside of the bathroom I prefer it to be inside the bathroom. The shower water pressure was very low and I water turn cold mid shower. Could us a few upgrades but yet doable for the price
