The front clerk was not helpful at all when we asked if there water for a cpap machine. Once we were in the room it smelled as a moldy damp basement. The floor felt damp and the bedding was damp from me pulling back the top cover while we stepped out. We left after two hours of being in the room. We requested a refund which Im still waiting on and since then 14.00 more dollars have been subtracted from my checking account. Ive contaced Days Inn several times and Booking.com. Ive yet to hear anything on these charges. The fact that Days Inn was price gouging because the state fair is in town is rediculous!!!

I liked the location was very central to the locations that we went to. Staff was very good, friendly and helpful.
Facilities were dated, tv had a poor connection and we would lose the source from time to time. AC was very loud we only had it working when we were not in the room. Pool wasn't heated. Would have liked some bacon ham or sausages at least 1 during our stay (3 nights)

The bedding was in bad shape. It had multiple stains and sheets had a big hole in them.

The morning manager calmed my fears of being double charged for the room, offering a viable explanation for the charges on my card.
The freezer truck parked outside had the diesel fire up several times during the night.

The room was nice and quiet. Clean bathroom.
The breakfast food was very poor quality and choice. There was no meat to go with the eggs the muffins were dried out. And there was no jelly or jam for toast.

good location
very run down, front staff wasn’t very nice, the room was grossly dirty, bed had burn marks in it! we didn’t even end up staying. It had some questionable things happening and did not feel safe! We ended up checking into a new hotel and just left

The hotel is decent but needs some work. The bathroom was clean but very outdated and shabby. The bed was comfortable but terrible pillows.
Outdated, shabby bathroom. Terrible pillows.

It was well-situated and has a pool. That's literally it.
I spent a little bit of time looking at a few different hotels before choosing this one because we have two dogs and didn't want to spend a chunk of money on pet fees. I informed the hotel before our arrival about the dogs and received an email confirming the total amount for the room was as I'd booked it.
When we arrived at the hotel, now outside of the full refund, free cancellation policy, that was when they decided to tell us that there were pet fees:
$15 for a small dog, $20 for a medium dog, $30 for a large dog. I had absolutely no choice but to pay these fees because my alternative was to lose the cost of the room if I cancelled the booking.
I'd now paid over $100USD for this "cheap" hotel.
I was then made to sign a "pet agreement", which included the welcoming (paraphrased) "if your pets are left unattended in the room, we will call the pound." Meanwhile, pets aren't allowed in the breakfast room, so I can't leave my well-behaved dogs in the room I've paid an extra $35 for to go to eat the free breakfast for fear they'll get taken away? "Pet friendly hotel."
There should be no concern for the hotel about leaving dogs in the pet friendly rooms. Consider that the extra fee is supposed to be used for added cleaning after the pet leaves, maybe some added vacuuming, maybe carpet shampooing, whatever is needed? The "pet friendly" room they shoved us in was DISGUSTING. That cleaning has not happened in multiple stays, at least in room 155, and after speaking to the receptionist, it isn't happening at all, quote "they're supposed to shampoo the carpets after each guest, but if we wanted them to do that we'd have to submit a maintenance ticket and they're very busy". The room smelt of pee, it was dirty, it was vile.
The staff eventually moved us to a non-pet room, which smelt just fine.

Very dirty. Filthy bathroom, hair everywhere. One bed had blood on mattress. Sheets and pillows dirty. Everything outdated.

The bed and pillows were hard and when I left for the day they left the room unlocked. They put the door lock so that it would stay open.
The beds to be soft the door to be locked when they were done cleaning and to refill the the coffee and the toiletries

Definitely stay here if you want value, a decent pool, a quiet location, and an awesome breakfast!!!! The rooms are very comfortable and there is ample parking, which is always a bonus. Overall, just a great place to stay whether you are with your family or traveling for work!!!
