Great location with a quick private shuttle from the airport and back. Great service from the staff and our room was nice and clean.

wanted to cancel my next reservation for July 5 and 6 but I can’t because it is noncancellable.

close to main highway and availability to other activities

breakfast is awful, muffin, granola bar, apple juice yogurt inside a paper bag. Guest coffee no sugar substitute. room carpet is worn out and dirty. room cleaning and change of linen every 3 days, change of towels is available if requested. Only 1 cleaning lady doing the cleaning and off Thursday and Sunday.

as it was unexpected layover due to flight disruption it was quite satisfactory.

pick up and drop off at the airport was fantastic

we had to leave by 6 to catch our flight, so breakfast was not available. My understanding however was that breakfast was a "to go" type and should have been offered to us to take along if wanted.

Price. Seemed clean yet room had a terrible smoke smell. Disgusting

Terrible run down hotel. Bed was hard as a rock and the whole facility/room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I only was able to get about 4 hours of sleep due to terrible bed

It was OK but breakfast was not what I expected, bagged muffin & yogurt cup.

would be nice to really clean the rooms. Provide a real breakfast installed of just a muffin and apple juice. Very disappointed especially with the quality of the furniture cigarette burn on comforter stained lamp shade tube paint chips dirty walls overall stay not impressed but you get what you pay for unfortunately

room smelled a little musty. breakfast was in a to go bag. muffin, yogurt, and a piece of fruit. we doglike yogurt. was not impressed!

It cost too much for poor service and mediocre accommodations

it was close to the airport in the shuttle was available immediately

I asked for a 5 AM wake up call. I never got it. Thank God I set my iPhone to ring at 5 AM as well. When I told them about it they dismissed me claiming that somebody else was on staff when I requested the wake up call. So this is very poor delegation of responsibilities.

Exceptional

The staff is very helpful. The night manager was also the airport shuttle driver in the morning and he helped me, w/ my luggage including a bicycle, get to the airport on time.

Very lower budget hotel. Super low rates, there’s a reason why. Don’t think I would ever stay there again

I location is close to the airport. The price is very very reasonable.

The lighting was very dim in the Roma. The bathroom and room seemed very rundown. I didn’t even feel comfortable showering now. I wish the lightbulbs were brighter because you could hardly see anything in the room. The bed was extremely firm almost as hard as a rock. there were no hangers to hang our clothes on. There were only two towels provided I had to go and ask for more. I definitely would not stay there again.

Could be a 3 star if cleaner and better furniture.

By the airport. There was no carpeting. Room doors are inside the hotel. Staff were nice enough to come and swept and mopped the floor but only after I had requested it.

Floor were so dirty that the floor mat in the bathroom was filthy and so were my socks. I had to throw them away. The lamp shades were ripped. The curtains, chair, and bed colored covers were dirty. The refrigerator microwave were not clean. There was also mouse or rat feces on the floor. You are supposed to request the day before to have your room cleaned. I was told by the lady cleaning the rooms I had to go asked the front desk first.
