Thanks for the check in lady and her baby axolotl’s!!!

The lady was still waiting for me to check in past 10pm. So sweet to have someone check you in after a long day of driving (from Seattle) close to Tillamook creamery which was great. The bed was huge. The rooms were absolutely HUGE. So much space. So much room for activities. Great little stopover.

The property is kinda old and outdated. Felt like stepping back into the 80s and there was a slight musty smell, maybe from the carpets. But nothing really bothered me so all good.

I had a great room at a good price, very comfortable and quiet.

Friendly staff, clean room, very quiet, great value for a king suite. Central location.

Would have been nice to have the pool up and running

Very poor

Room was fine. Easy check-in. Good grab and go muffins. Grounds and lobby well maintained.

Hot tub closed permanently. Shilo advertises "affordable excellence". I'd rephrase that as "overpriced mediocrity". No restaurant. Couch smelled of smoke (supposed to be a non-smoking room). Not worth the price. Lots of homemade signs about dogs, cats and what not to do...kind of tacky.

Exceptional

The staff was very courteous and professional. The room was nice and our dog was welcome. They had a nice complimentary continental breakfast.

The hot tub was out of service.

Superb

The room was clean, the shower worked, etc.

The outside smelled from all the dairies, but this is Tillamook! Other places have installed soap dispensers in lieu of little bottles.

The cleanliness the size of the room the way the room was set up

The hot tub was not working this was not stated in advance, the pool was freezing cold and would have been nice to have been able to access online apps on the TV

My stay at the Tillamook Shiloh inn was not comfortable and we were disappointed that the pool wasn

I liked the little kitchenette counter with the microwave and refrigerator. I appreciated the extra blankets because there was no power and it was cold.

I didn't like that there was no power. I was given no kind of discount for sleeping in a cold room without electricity. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I was also unhappy that the pool was unusable.

I liked that the rooms were spacious and comfortable

I didn’t like that the stuff lied to us and told us the pool was in order when we checked in and then literally five minutes later we found out that it was out of order. We would not have stayed if we had known the pool was out of order. She then said that they could not refund us because we’d already checked in. I’ll never visit again.

Due to the facility being outdated, price paid was not worth it.

The friendly staff and clenliness.

These motels use to be top notch back in the day. I was disappointed to see how out dated the rooms were for the price paid.

Pleasant

The staff was helpful and friendly. Good in-room coffee.

We arrived at night and it was very dark getting to our room. The gal at the front desk had warned me of that fact; but it really needed some outdoor path lighting. The iron plate had scorching on it and so I couldn't not use it. It wasn't so important that I called the desk -- I am sure I would have been able to get a new one.
