Pet friendly! Loved to see so many dogs there.
Guy responsible for breakfast, super nice! Made sure everything was fresh and clean.
No hot water in the shower.
Saw bunch of black hairs in bathroom & on the sheets. You get what you pay for so no complaints.

The shower was cold the whole time

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice rooms.
Staff very accommodating.
Breakfast could be improved but OK.

Spacious room with a make-up station and good lighting in the room.
This hotel has seen better days with some peeling and dirty wallpaper. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests, some had to eat in the lobby. Warm breakfast was to be served until 8 AM but half past seven it was run out and there was no-one from the staff checking on it. Finally, the front desk staff was unhelpful and acted offended when we reported a problem with one of the services.

The location. Very close to Mammoth Village
The bathroom floor was extremely cold.

Nice breakfast, Elevator, ski locker, pool and jacuzzi, covered parking in blizzard

The location was great. close to restaurants, gas stations, coffee shop and CVS, all withing walking distance.
Shilo pool is in desperate need of repair, especially the spa and bathrooms. The steam room is out of order, the sauna was operational, but we didn't try it because the entire pool area was disappointing.

the front desk lady gave me a Christian warning and lecture as I checked in, very offensive

it needs many upgrades
it’s pretty old inside

accesible to everything, close to starbucks
no fresh coffee refills available. Staff wasnt that friendly

covered garage
Pretty rundown facility. Carpets look old and dirty, I had problems with lavatory faucet and toilet flush, furniture is very used and stained. Hot tub lacks maintenance and water was murky.

great location, walking to early a.m. Starbucks before skiing
the rooms are very outdated/old. stains… there was literally a hole that had been patched over in our bathroom door. they didn’t bother to sand out/paint lol..

The breakfast was not served one of the days due to lack of a delivery. I understand that deliveries are off right now but they didn’t offer any compensation or even just offering cereal and milk for my kids.
Also we booked the hotel for the indoor pool. The first day the pool was so cold that my feet were frozen the minute you placed them in. The next day was slightly warmer but still not able to swim. On our 3rd day the pool was finally warm enough to swim and play. It was disappointing because we booked the hotel due to the indoor pool.

Breakfast is pretty nice and very convenient and there is covered parking. Location is great. The beds are comfortable and I sleep well. The staff is very friendly and the place is as clean as possible given how old and crumbling everything is.
Everything is in sad sad shape. And I mean everything. It needs to be fully overhauled. The hot tub and pool need to be refinished, the sauna didn't get hot enough, the steam room wasn't working, the carpets in the hall are appalling, there was no hot water for my shower and I didn't even bother to call the front desk about it. Every wall is patched, every piece of furniture is patched. So if you can ignore all of that (as my husband and son mostly can), it's a good stay.

They had warm pool, with a lot of chlorine, hot tub area good, sauna ok, small, and steam room was broken - not working.
There was garbage, wrappers, food scraps under the bed!!! Gross!!!!
When you walk in the lobby, the first thing you see is a big TV with Fox News on. Fox News, 24/7 on that lobby TV. So if you love Trump and partisan crap, you'll love this place. For the rest of us - never again.
The night front desk person pretended she "never noticed" that only Fox is on and its on 24/7. She watches it all night long.

Breakfast was great; my son said he wasn't expecting warm food.

mold on the ceilings
stains on the bedsheets
multiple plumbing fixtures broken
thin walls and ceilings
absurdly overpriced for quality

I liked that they had breakfast and a hot tub. the location is perfect and very accessible.
if I have to say, the only thing would be is that the carpets were a bit dirty.
