Much space in the room, enough chairs
Everything was dirty and it smelled bad. We did not want to take our shoes off at all. Spider webs, bugs, stains and dirt everywhere. The only thing which was clean were the beds…
Although the room was a Queen suite, there was no sofa. The kitchen was just a sink. Microwave and fridge are in every room.
Breakfast was coffee (only creamer, no milk) and sweet crab&go stuff (small cakes, wafers, cookies) and toast with butter (no jam, honey or anything). No place to sit.

The beds, TV. WiFi, Microwave, Fridge, furniture, heat and cooling, hair dryer were OK. Old and battered but passable.
I told Harish of the bathroom door that was very hard to open and would not close, only 2 hangers on the rack, the soap provided was terrible (a rock would have been better) and a missing hook in the bathroom. What I did not mention was the room was not vacuumed before we got there, during and I now suspect after we left. Shower soap deposits in trays from past guests. Bath mat was left on the floor and never replaced. There were marks and dirt on the bathroom door that should have been cleaned. There seemed to be no standard as to how clean the room should have been set up. The picture of the room did not match the room we got. #109. The owner and caretaker should be ashamed of the condition of tis room. Hopefully the others were not like that.

Excellent location
no breakfast, week coffee, run- down, no swimming pool functioning

The coffee was drinkable with powdered coffee mate. If not very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful
The food was hostess twinkies and cupcakes. The area was a bit run down and didn’t feel very safe.

Just off the highway. Sheets and towels were clean. Basic cleaning was done. Everything worked. New flooring in main room and a fresh coat of paint.
Mold on the bathroom floor. Built up soap scum in the shower. Paint in the shower curtain. Outdated and scratched up furniture.

breakfast no worth looking at. customers complaining bathrooms filthy. Room never touched 2nd day with no clean towels. Owner lived top floor and we could hear them in our room. Was told funds already pulled when I got there as I wanted to pay cash and never showed my credit card.

I stayed here because I got caught in the middle of a snowstorm. Had I tried sleeping in my car, I would've frozen to death. The snow was set to continue until much later in the night, and I'd already seen a few cars crashed on the side of the highway so I knew driving was out of the question. Luckily there was one room left at this motel, and I was able to grab it. After getting up the hill to the motel, I knew I was stuck there for the night, for better or for worse. The manager was nice enough, and gave me my key. The biggest, most glaring issue was the broken deadlock on the door. I wedged a chair underneath the door handle; I could barely sleep for fear of someone breaking into the room. Half of the lights did not work, and the room smelled musty. There were smudges and stains on the walls, and cracks/discoloration near the ceiling where water damage clearly occurred. When the heat turned on, it kicked up the curtains and made the whole room smell like old food. Across the top of the toilet was a strip of paper ensuring it had been sanitized between visits. This made me feel better at first. I went to rip it off and found it was a loose piece of paper, already ripped at the edges telling me they most likely just put the same paper back on repeatedly and hope no one notices. Most of the sheets and pillows on my bed had copious amounts of hair on them. I was fortunate enough that there was one clean sheet and one clean pillow I could use between both beds. Thankfully when I woke up the next day, a truck had come up to the motel and cleared out enough of the snow I could shovel out my car and head out. The only reason I would ever stay here or tell someone else to stay here is if it was between staying the night or potentially dying out on the road.

This was exactly what I expected and needed. A place to flop so I didn’t have to drive home after Thanksgiving feast. My expectations were low so I really was not disappointed except one thing. I had a SMALL pet. It’s nice that they accept pets but a almost 50% fee for a pet should be disclosed ahead of time. It’s not that I could not afford it, but the surprise fee was too high for this kind of a property. My honesty was exploited by the owners greed. The slob who threw their candy wrappers all over the parking lot caused the owner much more effort than my pet. Just be up front with the cost, no surprises!
The view is beautiful and serene.
This property is not the Ritz so I got what I expected. It was clean and didn’t smell musty. A good place to flop for the night.

Time with my boyfriend
Harassed about when we were checking in at 730 pm got a phone call and was asked to hurry up. Check in was fine but then in the morning we were woken up to leave at 1030 am before 11 am checkout by an old man and a woman. When notifying the front desk I was asked to give some grace because the man that woke us up was old.. zero customer service! When checking the berkshire hotel website checkout also said 11am.

The location was perfect for me, right off I90 and on Rt22 which provided easy on and off access to desired destinations. I went particularly for 'leaf peeping.' It works well if you have your own vehicle.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean bathroom. It's a convenient location for the trip and the price was right.
Old furnishings and carpets. Needs new beds and better light fixtures than fluorescent lighting.
