So I took my family out for a little mini vacation. And along the way we needed a place to stay so looked on line and sa

Nothing it’s run down and looks nothing like the pictures.

Well the room smell like wet. And we had 2 rooms both smelled bad. Lights barely worked in bathroom. Burn holes in blankets and sofa. But it’s smoke free lol. The mini fridge didn’t work nor did microwave in either room. Wi-Fi didn’t work either pool wasn’t too clean either.

Had to get clean towels and the room wasn’t cleaned.

Not Truly Handicap Friendly.

Room was clean and staff was friendly.

This was a Handicap accessible room but the support bars in the bathroom were inadequate. There were no rails whatsoever near the toilet and the only shower bars were inside the shower on the back wall. Entering and exiting the bathtub was very difficult. This is unacceptable and dangerous.

Microwave didn't work. Room had an old smell to it. I was very disappointed.

I didn't like nothing about it.

Room smelled old and microwave didn't work. Staff didn't try to exchange it out.

When I arrived it was late (almost midnight) which I had notified ahead of time that we would be there late due to traveling. As we pulled in, people had laundry laid over the railing, there was construction material stacked everywhere, and they had left a ladder leaned all the way to the roof unsupervised. The room had mold all along the base of the outside of the tub, there were cockroaches by the trashcan, and there was a hair ball that appeared to b pubic hairs in the bottom of the refrigerator. There was also a wad of cobwebs in the corner. The front desk worker was not concerned. Definitely not worth 168 dollars

At a total of $156 per night a little on the high side for a roadside motel.

Will never go back to this hotel

It was easy to get to and the lady at the desk was very helpful in changing our room to one more accessible for my husband.

Where do I begin? The lighting in the room was dim even with all lights on. There were water stains on the celling, rusty nail sticking out on one wall by the bed, paint on the bathroom light fixture, crack in plaster where ceiling and wall meet. The TV could barely be heard with the sound turned to full volume. The pillows were small and appeared to be made from left over shredded foam. The cabinet for the sink was worn and the stopper in the sink wasn't attached.

the bed was comfortable, and the area was pretty quiet.

pillows were terrible, property could use some TLC. Breakfast was pretty much non existent. muffins were not fresh, juices were watered down ,no milk for cereal.
