Infested and unclean room

I like customer service front desk attitude. She is friendly, kind, concerns of well being of services. The bed was comfortable. The carpet was clean. The lightning great.

There was hair strands in the bathroom tub. You can tell housekeeper never clean tub. Roaches came out when my boyfriend heats up his food. There were several roaches came out one on top of the microwave counter, one by mirror next to the microwave. The exterminator never exterminated the room. When you press channel button on tv, the channel changes twice skipping other channels my boyfriend and I could not watch.This experience gives this room two thumbs down. Someone parked into spot front of room. We had to park on opposite side of hotel.

Happy Stays

The stay was for 7 days and we had 11 people. All of us enjoyed it thoroughly. The beds were soft and the fridge was spacious! The room was clean the pool was great and the Housekeeper Jessica made our stay feel like a home away from home. We will absolutely come back to this location from now on as should you!!

Never again would I stay there

It was one of the worst experience. Noisy, people nocking on doors and yelling at 4 in the morning. The bed was very uncomfortable carpet so worn I I wouldn’t walk barefoot on it. Try to change room they said all was the same.I liked nothing of the room.

It needs so much work and update, I wouldn’t know where to begin. We left at 5 am couldn’t take it anymore.

Will not stay again needs update

Beds are very comfortable could use 4 pillows in queen beds.

The cleanliness mold and mildew in bathrooms, bad ventilation, walls were dirty, edges and corners dirt build up, reused shampoos on sinks and towels n rags needs to be replaced. Only 3 of each was put in room when I made reservation it was fir 4 people. Breakfast was not what was expected.

I loved the property.just had one issue…house keeping opened my door before check out time and saying they had my room as vacant. that’s not safe and I’m glad I had the bolt lock on my door.they did apologize.

Everything was great and the staff were nice as well I would recommend anyone to stay here what a great place to get some good rest keep up the great work.

Terrible mainly to do with the woman who answered the phone when needed to talk to someone about a previous stay and bil

A female working there is hateful and rude and slammed down the phone on me.

Chair in motel was worn out in places. The mattress had no support. There was stains on the carpet, holes in walls where a picture had been hung. Not enough towels and cloths for a 2 new car stay for two people. I will never stay there again due to the way I was treated.

Just OK for a one night stay while traveling.

ground floor room with parking right at the door. it was clean, and the staff were nice. Breakfast was OK.

Property needs work - bathtub is cracked, everything needs painting. Breakfast was OK.

Quite adequate

Price and location were good. Pleasant front desk help. Clean, comfortable bedding and three choices of pillow firmness. Ju 3

Bathroom could use updating. Shower curtain did not have a plastic liner so the floor got quite wet and flushed a small cockroach from his hiding place. Luckily, being a Florida native, this did not bother me much. Could do a pest control periodically.

will never recommend to anyone else again.

stayed here many times. always comfortable beds and clean facilities and friendly staff until this stay.

they charged me for 2 nights. the manager let me know she would be fixing it the next day but she never did. I filed a report with my bank but nothing has happened as of yet. the lady that was working the desk was rude and snappy and the manager apologized and I was fine there, but now they won’t return phone calls no matter what type of message I leave for them and still have not refunded my charge for the additional night that they charged my card for.
