Worth the money

The indoor pool was a huge plus and it allowed us to swim while it was still cold.

There isnt a lot to do in the area but thats not their fault its just something to keep in mind

Pleasant for a stay in Tucumcari

it was a good mediocre hotel for its location it was expected to be what it was

the surrounding area and even the hotel looks run down from the outside

The gal at the check in desk was very nice and accommodating. She listened and tried to make our situation right.

The first 2 rooms were dirty, the 3rd was mediocre and we stayed because we were exhausted. The towels were worn thin, floor not clean, used soap left lin the shower so bathroom wasn’t cleaned either, wallpaper ripped off the wall under the window. Loud with kids running up/down the hall late into night.

We were welcomed by the staff and the breakfast was delicious.

I liked the proximity to the interstate and that it was quiet

The tub/shower needs to be recaulked. The toilet was small.

Carpet needs deep cleaning or replacing. Smelled like urine and cigarette smoke. Needs painting and bathroom sink leaks onto floor

The room was comfortable and the hot breakfast in the morning was decent!

The night front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom needed some work, updates. The toilet was wiggly.

Never staying again!! All these hotels need to quit selling out to foreigners. They run down the properties!!

it was filthy! dead bugs on the window sill,hair clumps all over and not cleaned at all. Not sure the sheets were clean. Horrible. Would never recommend this location.

This is a SUPER 4 stay!

They put our rooms close together as requested.

I have stayed in 2's and 10's and this hotel is a solid 4. Upon entry the lobby is cluttered and gives a feeling of this hotel not being clean and the lobby used as a storage room. Rooms have an odor and hallway frankly just smells like pot. Staff was polite, but nothing more. Rooms also need basic maintenance and Cleanliness clearly is not a priority. Beds were not horrible, but also not great. Pool area was sketch. Continental breakfast area was small, crowded and felt unsanitary. This place should be a 50 buck a night hotel (if you even take the plunge) and anything more is highway robbery.

Balcony Not Included.

The staff was exceptional.

There was no balcony, as advertised. I chose to be upgraded from a non-smoking king to a double smoking queen with a balcony. It was actually a outdoor sidewalk with a 2nd door to a hall. And safety lock was broken to outside door.
