We liked the atmosphere of the hotel. It is cute.
Extra charge if you decide to use the fireplace which seems unnecessary between each and every stay. Also no amenities like a hot tub.
4.5
Comfort and ease of use
No complaints

Location was good. The room was clean. , The staff were very friendly.
The bed was too soft. There was a lot of light in the room which made sleeping difficult.
4.5
Friendly and hospitable staff, perfect location, sense of local atmosphere in design, comfortable, nice touch to offer breakfast bars/cookies and coffee/tea/honey even though there's no breakfast service
Everything was great!
4.5
Pretty little place with the perfect feel for Santa Fe. Room was very clean and quite lovely. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with just enough walk into town. I hope I can visit again.
4.5
quiet & great location to downtown Santa Fe and Railyard area
it was bright at night due to some lights on certain fixtures, such as the TV and air conditioning unit. but nothing major that could not be fixed with a towel.

The location was great! Our room was super clean and the staff was amazing.
4.5
Decor and spaciousness of the room
The enjoyment of the property would be much better if coffee was brewed earlier in the morning. We had to walk two blocks every morning to get fresh, quality coffee.
4.5
We liked the location, architecture, spaciousness of the room, decor and the neighborhood.
The morning "snacks." included biscotti and fruit bars. There is a large room for breakfast with lots of tables and chairs but not a real breakfast. Coffee was unavailable in the breakfast area until 8 am, which is a bit late for early risers. We had to walk a few blocks to get coffee at 7 am.
4.5
Breakfast was good with good choices. The Rio bar was good for snacks and drinks. Dinner in the main dining room was only mediocre with the buffet being just OK with limited choices and dishes only fair

Barb was great in greeting us. She took time to show us our room as well as recommending restaurants and different sites to see while in Santa Fe, NM. We really liked the area. We felt safe and very comfortable.
The only thing was the weather while we were there very windy. Mother nature, not much you can change about that.
4.5
The staff was wonderful. The property was clean and we enjoyed the outside space as much as the room.
We were disappointed there was not any fruit, such as bananas at ‘breakfast’. We thought it would be an easy addition (you could make banana bread for the guest if you ended up with too many ripe bananas). Our room was below an upstairs which was extremely noisy. The people above showed up at 1 in the morning…need I say more.
4.5
Walking thru bedroom, the floor made too much noise.
Pictures online showed more items for breakfast. We only had sweets available with coffee.

Have stayed here before a few years ago,Charming ,well located and pleasant service
Quite disappointed in the breakfast .In the past was much better .
Definitely not a breakfast .
I hope that this changes as I understand the property is under new management .

This is NOT a B&B. Not truthful that there is breakfast. There was coffee , some mold on pastries. Ran out of yogurt 1st breakfast, zero the second breakfast. No fruit, no toast, cheap pastries, many excuses that new owners are cutting expenses at the cost of service. Advertised as B&B, not so. Woman on duty Tuesday April 18, nasty, dismissive, arrogant. Women on duty the day before very nice, and must have said “sorry” a dozen times. Fireplace in room is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE of $16-18 to use. Never advertised. Was told owners cutting costs, so as not have to raise prices. Give me a break. Hospitality is not located at this place.
Read above.

Beautifully renovated; great interior and exterior decoration; comfortable bedding; great location within walking distance of plaza, Canyon Road, etc.; welcoming and friendly staff.
Unfortunately, in stark contrast to the beautifully decorated breakfast room, breakfast itself did not match the quality and class of the facilities and was sub par for a bed and breakfast: all grocery store-bought pastries, nothing fresh, no gluten free options, no local flavors; definitely a let down…

Architecture and detailed design
breakfast could be better

using the kiva both nights for a fire was very nice, we were given the history of the property when we checked in, like the name of the hotel, hope it isn't changed to something tacky referring to Billy the Kid, liked enclosed parking area right by the room door, liked the character of the property
fire alarm went off probably from shower steam or hair dryer, dresser in closet was falling apart
4.5
The room was lovely and quiet and the location excellent with ease of access to the Plaza and walking distance to restaurants and shops
I booked the stay SPECIFICALLY because it said it is a “bed and breakfast”. IT IS NOT! TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING!! $208 was a ridiculously high price to pay for NO breakfast! The sign outside even says it’s a bed and breakfast. I hate being lied to, it really makes me feel abused. At least there was a bed but it should have cost $158, not $208. Will never stay there again, which I definitely would have had there been a breakfast.

Authentic Spanish style, great staff (particularly Kino who went the extra mile) and good continental style breakfast. Very convenient to main sites, just beside Capitol building.

The location is perfect! U can walk to each hot spots in the downtown area in 10 minutes. The room are very sweet and cozy, clean and comfort. Recommend to everyone who will visit Santa Fe.

location. comfortable bed and pillows! lovely decor. good continental breakfast. lots of assistance
no hair dryer. could use a shelf in bathroom for toiletries
4.5
atmosphere
the queen bed was up against a wall so you had to climb across the bed to get in and out. kitchen utensils were minimal and no cleaning other than the dish washer.
4.5
Lovely, historic property just a short walking distance to the historic downtown. Charming, comfortable room with kiva fireplace. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Impeccably clean. Nice self-serve breakfast (English muffins, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee, juice, tea). Safe off-street parking. Friendly staff. Santa Fe Brewery (another fireplace) and a delicious food truck across the street (not noisy place). We didn’t use the fireplace because our room was already very toasty and the temps were single-digits overnight!
The flat round handle on the bathroom sink was difficult to shut off (sometimes had to use both hands): probably an original feature.
4.5
The location was excellent, minutes walk away from Downtown. The property was clean and renovations were currently underway, they did not interfere with our stay. The breakfast room was beautiful and designed in the traditional New Mexico style, just lovely!
The room was cold, and the bathroom was too far away from the A/C- Heat unit, making it uncomfortably cold to undress and shower !
4.5
sweet space. lovely design. wood burning fireplaces. beautiful common/breakfast room with substantial breakfast offerings. kind staff - extremely helpful and accommodating
nothing bad to be said
4.5
Loved the decor and style. Location is excellent. Just a short walk to downtown.
The parking lot is small, but it’s an older property.
4.5
Door to room was difficult to lock and unlock. Door would not stay closed unless locked. Bathroom needed a flatter shelf space for toiletries. The rattan shelf unit was bumpy and things kept falling over or off the shelf. Minor issue.
