It was clean but lots of issues with amenities. No phone, limited hot water, no plugs by bed.

The location was fine and the hot breakfast was good.

We didn't have a remote to the TV and later on noticed that the cables to the TV was missing. The phone didn't work and the electrical plugs by the bed were blocked and couldn't plug in our cpap machines. We ran out of hot water in the morning after the first shower so 2 of us took cold showers. The staff was very nice to try to fix our problems and had taken $20 off our bill but still not worth the $173. Actually $153 after the $20 dollar discount. Extremely disappointed but every place was booked and had no where else to go. We had driven 4 hours to get there and were extremely dissatisfied. Again, staff was very helpful and found us cables and a remote to the TV and a power strip for our cpap machines. Maintenance couldn't come for the phone till morning but we were leaving in the morning. They tried to help the stay but was still very disappointing for the price.

Very nice facility

Did not have access to the Super Bowl game at the hotel. We would have driven at least another hour towards our destination but wanted to watch the game. A couple other guests let us know about that before we got to our room.

I had a very nice experience staying at this Hotel.

Breakfast was good and I liked the variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location. The room was very nice, and Bed was comfortable. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to Shamrock.

I can't think of anything. Great place to stay.

asked for accessible bedroom, but did not get one. cancellation policy was seven days before stay. too long, especially during the winter when storms disrupt plans less than a full seven days.

the staff where super friendly and helpful

the curtain was cut and you could see out of it. you could hear everything everyone was saying in all the rooms around and above. and the heater smelled bad

The breakfast was good however, it lacked the variety of breakfasts in other hotel chains. The staff was accommodating to our needs. The room was clean.

The hotel appeared to be rundown when compared to other hotel properties. The bathtub's safety strips (to prevent slippage) were worn down, which posed a safety hazard. The WiFi was not very fast. The room was 85 degrees when we initially checked into the room. I had to reboot the Direct TV box, in order to get it to work.

Front desk person was very helpful and kind.

The room was in shambles. The curtains torn and askew, the bathtub caulking rusted and falling apart. The door to outside did not lock and was LOUD. Construction on premises was unsightly and dirty.

Location

Room could have been cleaned better. The carpet was not vacuumed well, the a/c unit had a piece broken and hanging in the front . The light switch came out of wall, had to push it back in place to make light work. The bed was beginning to feel lumpy and the comforter had places where the filling had bunched up in spots and thin in other spots. In the bathroom the toilet seat had broke and cam completely off so when you sat down the seat moved. Bathroom needed new caulk around tub. What was there had some black places in it.

Close to services, Tesla charger and freeway.

Hotel smells of mothballs. Common area were in poor shape. Entry and bathroom floors were not as clean as similar level hotels.

It was fine for our trip. We were only there to sleep between class reunion events.

Breakfast was What we expected. Good coffee.

Air conditioning had to run constantly to keep the temperature in the room bearable. Needed servicing.

Could’ve been better

It was close to the wedding that we were in town for.

Very little to no signage much less lighting that you can clearly see from the main roads. I reserved a mobility accessible room and they put us in a hearing accessible room at first. Got rooms changed and the second one was mobility accessible but definitely was not as clean as it could have been and really could have used better lighting in the room. Also there was a hole in the wasp from people opening the door and slamming it open that hadn’t been fixed yet. All around very disappointing just glad it was for one night.
