Property is fine.
Could not change room temperature as A/C was not adjustable and for three ladies it was long hot night as we did not sleep well. We also asked around Noon to leave our luggage at front desk so we could shop as car was full and were told no in not kind way and same staff member laughed at me when I asked if we could check in early to relieve car as just be professional as there is right way to say no to a guest. I have stayed there several times prior and all was fine, but this was hot early October day so lesson learned on that as we definitely need to be able to adjust air settings.

The room was wonderful, very clean and comfortable. The resort ground was beautiful. The walking path was amazing. The best part of the resort was the attention to detail. Every amenity they offered had a special feel. If visiting, make sure you take advantage of the outdoor area both day and night. Take a peaceful stroll in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good, hot and fresh with other options such as fresh fruit and yogurts.
When checking in they should offer you a pamphlet out lining the amenities and where they are located. Specifically, where the pool and movie theater are located.

Some areas of the pool and hot tub needed cleaned and serviced. Lots of paint chips on one side of the pool rim. Room appeared updated but some furniture (chair) was very worn and need replaced. No restaurant onsite. The Berlin Encore looked better, newer, updated.

Die Zimmer waren wirklich super sauber. Die Badezimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet mit umweltfreundlichem Shampoo, Conditioner und Seife aus dem Spender. Die begehbare und gut zu erreichende Dusche war super. Leider waren unsere Zimmer unten und der Blick fiel auf die Klimaanlage und die Böschung vom Parkplatz. In dieser Superlage hatte ich mir eigentlich einen Blick ins Land gewünscht. Gut, das konnte man nicht wissen, aber enttäuschend war es allemal. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich. Positiv fand ich auch, dass man mit USB Steckern und normalen Steckdosen direkt am Bett gut die elektronischen Geräte aufladen konnte. Die Klimaanlage war leicht zu bedienen, die King-size Betten superbequem und die Bettwäsche fühlte sich luxuriös an. Es gab keine Flecken auf der Auslegeware und alles war super sauber.
Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Die Räumlichkeiten hatten den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle. Die Spiegelwand half leider nicht, von der Ansammlung an nüchternen Tischen und Stühlen abzulenken. Wenn die Auswahl der Speisen wenigstens gut gewesen wäre...man konnte sich Waffeln machen. Rührei (vermutlich aus Pulverei) und Würstchen gab es. Eine kleine Auswahl an Toast und Bagels, hart gekochte Eier waren im Kühlschrank zu finden, sowie zuckerarmer Yogurt. Aber am allermeisten hat mich gestört, dass es bei der Selbstbedienung nur Styroporteller und -becher zu, sowie Plastikbesteck zu haben waren. Heutzutage gibt es umweltfreundlichere Möglichkeiten. Die langen Wege zu unseren Zimmern würden älteren Leuten schon Schwierigkeiten bereiten. Außerdem waren unsere Zimmer leider zum Parkplatz ausgelegt und auf der unteren Etage (mit Fahrstuhl zu erreichen), sodass man die bezaubernde Landschaft so gar nicht genießen konnte. Ich bin mir sicher, dass es bessere Zimmer gibt, aber die haben wir leider nicht bekommen (vielleicht auch daher, weil wir keine Wannendusche wollten, sondern eine begehbare Dusche). Eine Kaffeemaschine hätte ich auch begrüßt.

Breakfast honestly is not as good as what we expected. For the kind of exceptional facilities and the price of the accommodation the hotel has is not really matches and deliver the good quality of food you serve. You could have a better choices of continental breakfast to offer.

Broken leg on room chair was dangerous. I reported this before someone gets hurt.
Facility had multiple turns to get around. Being on 1 we assumed main level which it was lower level and involved stairs until be found our way the the elevator. It was difficult coming in and out especially on wet steps. If we knew this ahead of time we would have requested level 2 AND use the front lobby to come and go by. Cookies were a highlight each evening per friends and we never did see any...we found at checkout you ended that feature.

Was expecting a room with a balcony/porch. Instead we had a lower level with view of the parking lot. TV didn't get network channels like ABC, NBC, CBS therefore no local news. Staff didn't know how to fix it. Indoor pool water was cold. Bed, pillows, sheets were very uncomfortable. Sheets would not stay tucked in.

Room accommodation was nice. Bed was comfortable. Also a very nice view. I love the whirlpool. It was the highlight of the room.
There were fruit snacks on the floor so it was not especially clean. There was not enough shower gel in the shower. Very thin blankets.

This hotel has many nice accommodations available. There is a pool/2 saunas/hot tub, snack & souvenir shop, and theater with 2 nightly showings all on site. We didn’t utilize the theater or fitness area, so I can’t speak to those. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the coffee machine available with a number of selections at the front desk! Breakfast was available every morning with a variety of items. There were waffle machines, some form of eggs & meat, as well as your typical yogurt/fruit/cereal/juice selection.
Neither of us found the bed to be very comfortable, it was a bit too firm. The chairs around the pool weren’t very comfortable either - it would have been nice to have a few loungers available.
