It was scary for a single woman in a dark off the road hotel

The room was comfortable, clean and well designed for a small suite

People stalking through the halls late into the morning. I felt unsafe. I left at 4:45 am. No desk clerk in attendance. Was approached by 2 people in the parking lot at 4:45 am. The 2 people stopped coming to me when they saw my dog. I’m so grateful for my dog.

very good, excellent hospitality while checking in, but bathroom door needs to be looked at.

Larry offered exceptional hospitality when I checked in.

Exceptional

We had an awesome time, and even with the little mix up with booking, Larry went out of his way to make sure he did'nt leave until we were taking care of. Even with his own car trouble he was so determined to make sure we were ok, you need more workers like him and Patricia, Tommy thank you all for being so kind, we'll be staying again soon.

Always stay here when visiting Knoxville

Clean, roomy, comfortable. Staff was very accommodating.

Breakfast could've been more extensive but that's really no big deal.

Smelly.

Close to the mall. Spacious room.

Very outdated style, the room and hallways had a strong smell of chemicals, the AC and fridge were super loud.

Disappointing

The location was close to downtown Knoxville.

The bed was too soft, and the pillows lumpy, didn't sleep well. The kitchenette was empty, no dishes, silverware, or pots/pans. Had to request a coffee maker. The 'breakfast' was grab and go, not what I was expecting.

NO SLEEP,TOO NOISY, UNCOMFORTABLE BED, NO EXTRA BLANKETS, DOUBLE CHARGED!!!

the room was dirty. the room was not quiet at all. I could hear ppl talking from other rooms, the doors slamming and people talking kept me up all night. the appearance was POOR at best. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I paid for my room BEFORE I arrived with my paypal credit through booking.com then they took my discover card at the front desk and charged me again for the whole stay!!!

IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER IT SHOULD HAVE HAD COMFORTABLE BED MORE BLANKETS AND A QUIET ATMOSPHERE

Needs a remodel

The room was very spacious and the staff was extremely nice!

The room had a funky smell, the pullout bed had busted springs that made 1 corner sag, and the bathroom had a hole behind the door and the entire thing looked outdated. Also 3rd floor and no elevators, only stairs.

Even though it was no smoking the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke.No hairdryer so we couldn’t take a shower really.My friend has very long hair so that made it impossible for that.Really couldn’t wait to leave

The Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They all spoke and made sure I had a good stay. Very impressed with my experience and I would visit that location again because of the experience.

Had to be moved to another room due to bugs in the first room, but the staff was very nice and helpful, changed our room immediately

Room smelled like smoke bad And had evidence of drug use in the room along with people all night long in parking lot screaming and could tell the was under the influence of something other that alcohol

My stay

The staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed how accommodating they were. I ended up asking for 4 pillows and the staff were incredibly nice in this request. I seriously appreciated this since I was in a lot of pain. I will 100% keep coming back to this hotel!!
