No coffee, no Bueno 😡

The pool area is the best thing about this hotel.

The coffee pot in the room did not work. We asked the front dest to replace it each day we were there (3) and was told they would right away each time. It was NEVER replaced. And they had plenty of unoccupied rooms. They could have grabbed one from another room if they didn't have extras. Being lied to over and over was the worst. Other than that, the floors were dirty, and the rooms were stuffy and stunk. As the saying goes... you get what you pay for.

Cleanliness floors and bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Need better bug control. Towel had a dead and smashed roach on it I think from laundry room. Key card not working each night. Had to go to office to reset.

Great price easy to reserve good enough for a couple of nights

It was easy to schedule online and check in was easy but getting to my room was a little tricky my pocket think west, but a dribble of water that was great so I would come back because of that

The security truck parked outside, gave me a false sense of security, because there was no one in it, and there was hardly anyone at the front desk most of the time

comfortable but filthy and invasive

overlooked the pool. close to the function I was going to.

the floor was so dirty my socks had to be thrown away. my bare feet were filthy. fridge had mould in it. the drawers had been pulled out and there was lots of rubbish on floor. my key did not work and they had to reset it. my daughters key had to be changed 5 times.! the worst was a man walking into mine and my daughters room this morning! he did not knock and just walked in! I am travelling alone!

We were displeased with the level of cleanliness.

The bed was reasonable.

There was pubic hair on the area behind the toilet seat. The bathroom counter and mirror hadn’t been cleaned. There was an empty water bottle on the floor in the corner behind a night table. The breakfast consisted of a choice between cereal and waffles. The waffle plates were 6” paper. Garbage cans were overflowing.

The room was decent for the price and was clean upon arrival

First few days no hot water and it was 12 degrees outside. No clean towels, was told to wait to shower once they got hot water, ended up going buy my own towels and was cloths. Never cleaned nor changed bedding in 2 weeks we stayed. Then had charges for incident deposit show up on Bank account statement that I wasn't aware of... co workers rooms didn't have TV nor a microwave that worked... mattress was old and hard, like sleeping on a board.

They ignored my cancelation request and charge me for the full stay in the room as if I checked in. At most I should have been charged 98 bucks.

I would absolutely stay here again, exceeded my expectations.

All of the staff I ran into were friendly and helpful. Check in was fast, simple & easy. The room was just like the photos, the linens were clean, plenty of toiletries and towels. The pool looked very clean and inviting, however I didn’t go for a swim. There’s a nice restaurant in the building with the pool. All of the staff there were lovely and the food was well made, delicious and quick.

There isn’t much more than cereal and waffles for breakfast, but they’re short staffed and communicate that the breakfast is limited if you read the signs. My keycard stopped working my second day, however housekeeping let me back into my room and I was able to walk down to the front desk later on and the quickly staff fixed it. The fridge in my room did make some annoying noises but it was unplugged when I came in, so I unplugged it again after I ate my leftovers.

This is an industrial portion of an oil town

This is an industrial area, but the surrounding area was quiet.

Breakfast wasn't as good as it could have been. Lots of items were used up and empty by 7:30. The swimming pool has been neglected.

It was a decent hotel that was reasonably priced.

After five days I still haven't had house keeping come to my room yet. I don't care if they don't make the bed or any of that, but I can't stand not having any clean towels or washcloths.

Older Motel that has been rehabbed but still shabby

Bed comfortable. Room on first floor. Flyswatter provided.

Had to hit door with shoulder (like a police raid) to open or close. Hair dryer broken. Flies in room.

Exceptional

I payed ahead on booking.com. Check-in was a breeze. Room was super clean staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

As I said...check-in was surprisingly fast. There was a very nice activity area with swimming pool,Pool table,air hockey,,and even a golf putting area. 😀

convenient to KS turnpike

the room we had was very good sized, with a large bathroom and, believe it or not, a heart-shaped jacuzzi. The room was clean and had great possibilities. Unfortunately, when we entered the room water was dripping from an overhead vent and the A/C was not working. I told the front desk we had no A/C and water was leaking and would ruin their flooring. She gave me a lot of towels and a bucket and told me they would fix the problem tomorrow. I asked to change rooms, but they told me I couldn’t since it had been booked by a third party (Booking.com). the next day, I told the manager personally about lack of A/C and he said he would look into it. We were gone all day and when we came back in the evening, nothing had been done. Still no A/C. This was on a day when the high temp reached 105 F!

Waste of money

Absolutely nothing good about the place

Room smelled like stale smoke and the tub had yellow stains in it. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. We left immediately and found a different hotel.

Location off of Highway 35 was convenient.

Name brand hotel that needs to be updated. I booked this hotel because it was a Baymont Inn - disappointing.
