Ive been here a few times in the last couple of years and it always feels like home.

House keeping could be a bit more detailed with the cleaning..fans were very dusty and found a few items from the last guest,would hate the place to start looking dingy and the snack shop should carry items we can warm up for breakfast,

As always the staff is top notch,just excellent.

The tub wasn't working properly. I was trying to take a bath but the bath stopper wasn't working. I ended up taking a shower and I honestly don't like showers.

The room we stayed in went above our expectations,the bed was soft and the room was plenty of room Full fridge,little stove top,microwave,utensils and plates I can live in this room

The outer curtains did not close

The room was great and quite comfortable.

We checked in early evening and the receptionist was on a personal call and she did not end the call when we walked up. She made us stand there 2 or 3 minute’s before telling the person on the call that she has to go so she can “check in these people”. After she ended the call, she awkwardly tried to address us but we thought it was quite rude. Later that evening, my husband had to run to the car and the same lady was back on her personal call. On our 2nd night, our keys did not work so we went back to the front desk and the same lady was there. We told her the problem and she asked if we were staying another night. she checked us in the night before and should have known that. The interactions with that employee were unprofessional and truly shocking for what appears to be a really nice hotel.
