They can do better

Bugs everywhere. Lied about breakfast. Everything in the bathroom is too small. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Blankets were as thin as sheets. Door lock wouldn't ever accept my card. Wifi wouldn't connect to all my devices, just my phone. overall sense of being unclean

It’s a great location and a friendly people.

Nice and clean hotel. The location is was great. It’s very convenient nearby all the restaurants and gas station. Staff also friendly Before I check in, I’ll check couples rooms, but I’ll see all of the room was the same condition

Bad for solo travelers!

Not much, I didn't die.

My expectations for a super 8 are not high but this was particularly bad. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot. When I got to my room, the toilet seat was broken, and there was no hot water - the shower got lukewarm at best. The drain for the shower was clogged so you had to stand in inches of cold water. The shower curtain and blankets were heavily stained and the room was not very clean. In the morning I went at 7am and there was no breakfast even though it was advertised as included. There were no signs saying no breakfast either, just empty countertops. There was old coffee but with the most tiny flimsy cups, you could barely take it to your room. It also just felt sketchy as a solo female traveler. Lots of people lingering late at night.

Threatened to cancel my late check in after it was confirmed I would arrive at 2am. Once I got there, I needed to use the restroom badly and was told I could not use the hotel lobby restroom, then he told me since my DL was out of state I had to pay a$100 deposit. Absolute nonsense. I did not stay but got back on the road and found another hotel at 2:30 in the morning. I was extremely unhappy.

Terrible service, completely dirty bathroom with urine on the toilet, stained sheets, cigarette hole, air conditioning that did not work, the person who helped me asked for my credit card when I was already in your application, lack of consideration that I had my son two months old and the weather was ugly with rain, I never recommend it

Terrible!

Staff was very rude. Checking in the were very confronting for no reason. They acted like we would be some unruly teens. Then we we were out all day, the room key was in my wallet and would not work. Had to get it fixed. The guy immediately rolled his eyes and accused me of having it near my phone. The room was not clean! There were beetles and ants. The bed wad not comfy!

That we had a place to stay. The front desk guy kept apologizing for the issues.

After driving over 15 hours with 7 kids and 5 other adults we were told booking didn't pay for the rooms took 30 minutes to get our rooms. Then shower was broke in the one and the rooms smelled. Wasn't a great experience. Also no breakfast but advertised they had it daily. Thank goodness we only stayed for a day.

I never stayed at the hotel because of the additional fee and with it being a last minute things.

I didn’t like that if your are a resident in the same area as the hotel you have to pay an additional $100 to get a room. Not to mention that they don’t tell you about the additional $100 until the last minute.

The room was dirty. Hair everywhere when we walked in. Stained dirty sheets on both queen beds. We had to go buy our own. AC didn’t work. Entire hotel smelled like an ash tray. Pubic hair stuck to side of the tub.

Disappointing

For the price...this room was not worth it. The bed was too soft and a bed spread was not provided. Bathroom and floors looked dusty and dirty. Would have liked to stay at another hotel but this was the only one available due to college graduations. I would not recommend.

Good parking that was about it. Nothing stood out

Shower is way too short for starters. I'm 6'3 the shower height is 5ft.. bed was awful, felt concaved in and found a stain on my pillow. Apparently they do not change sheets unless you ask or every 3 days about.. that's gross.. front desk wasn't very warm welcoming just like I'm an inconvenience. Just all in all, it was very... mid.

It was fairly good stay considering that it was a last minute decision decision to stay.

It was in a good location away from the heart of downtown. The room was located in an area where there wasn't a lot of people and that made it easy for me to stay up late and watch television because of my strange sleeping pattern. Bathroom was more than I expected because I could get in and out of the shower easily due to it being a handicap bathroom and I didn't ask for that type of room.

That the website was not updated due to the fact that they didn't have the free continental breakfast. When I went to check out, turned in the room keys and didn't receive a copy of my receipt showing that I had paid for the room and that I had actually checked out ahead of the scheduled time by at least two and three quarter hours. I checked out around 8:15 am and the deadline was 11:00 am.

I think it would be better advertised as not having a free breakfast. Seems a little dishonest. Bathroom floor had lots of hair on it, which was pretty disturbing. But everything else was ok.

Didn't use the service

The housekeeping staff were more friendly than the 2 male reservationist's. The room smelled of urine. Our vehicle needed repairs. It was a last minute decision to stay at Super 8. I generally stay at Hilton

I find a different hotel if they're charging hundred over a hundred dollars a night for that room ot

The staff for half friendly and serve breakfast daily with coffee which I really like but the price was way high for what you was getting but I really don't have much complaints

The price and the amenities like the heat didn't work right halfway didn't even work.

The heater in the room hardly worked, had to turn the thermostat up over 90 in order for the room to get some what warm. Room wasn't very clean, no extra supplies in the room (toilet paper, cups, towels) staff wasn't very friendly either
