Big rooms, fridge, microwave, pool, ice maker, easy check in and out, parking and free breakfast.
I would love the hotel to have a gym.

This place was ideal for our rock hounding adventures, but that was about where the goodness ended. Not a lot of options out in this neck of the woods, so was good for laying our heads down at night.
The staff was kind of asleep at the helm(no pep in their stride) and the facilities were tired. Good for location and catching a few winks.

The bed was comfortable. The door knob to the bathroom didn’t work well. The breakfast was sparse.

it was clean and everyone was friendly

Location was great! Went to Delta to go look for topaz in the desert. The staff was so nice, and helpful. Breakfast was nice. I loved the heater in the bathroom. Staff even found us an extra room and they gave us a discount for booking a second room! So kind.
It didn't look very clean. Not nasty and disgusting, just odd dirty spots like corners of rooms and the doorframes. There was a heavy smell of marijuana smoke outside our room. People out in the yard were smoking.
3.3
Awful. Dirty. Didn’t even shower the next morning. Ice machine broken. Price should be about $50 maybe! Huge spots on the carpet. With the condition of the room, would not even trust the breakfast. Railings going up the stairs unsteady and loose. Thought we were safe staying in a name brand Days Inn, but we will never stay at one in the future!

We had a bed to sleep in for the night at a reasonable price.
The staff were friendly.
We were initially given a room that hadn't been finished cleaning wise. There was trash in the can, hair and toothpaste all round the sink and no toilet paper.
We moved to another room which was ok. It was clean... To an extent. The whole place just needs some love. It's very dated.
The pool was all dug up.
Piles of rubble all around the walkways of the hotel.
The waffle machine was out of order for breakfast and there was no milk when we got to the breakfast. I asked for some and she provided half a bottle, almost as though it had come out of the staff kitchen. It just didn't have the love or the professional nature of other hotels we'd been staying in.

Not much!! We got in the room and tried to shut the curtains and they were not even attached and rod and all fell down in my husband's face. I managed to get them laid back on the ledge (which was filthy dirty) so atleast the window was covered. That was important because we were on the ground floor. It was 10:00 at night and pouring down rain so chose not to cgange rooms. The room needed a deep cleaning. It was not clean!! Could not take a bath because plug would not hold water. We have stayed in several Days Inns and have seen a room as filthy as.this room. They could use some lessons in how to vaccuum a room properly so around the edges and corners of the room are clean. The bed was comfortable - my only good thought. They did discount the price of the room by 50% and that was greatly appreciated. It will be a while before we stay in a Days Inn again.
See previous comments as to our dislikes.

the location was ideal. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the bed was broken down in the middle. we had trouble getting a good nights sleep.
3.3
I liked that staff they were friendly and grass for my dogs to hang around in
The property had a lot of dead flies in the room. In the tub, by the sink. Also was spotty with stains on the carpet. The door didn’t have an additional lock, only had a lock for the door, not the latch one.
3.3
all the green grass on property with picnic tables and grills. very inexpensive
very poor breakfast and ran out of coffee. only two restaurants open on Sunday night
3.3
location, room was clean and staff friendly and helpful
it is a little worn, tv hard to get working, minimal breakfast

The bed at this Days Inn was the best bed in our entire two week driving trip around the west. The room was a good size, and the person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The ice machine worked well - believe me, this is not always the case
The breakfast was meager - a half loaf of raisin bread and some muffins were the only bread-like items. The rest was pretty minimal also.
The AC next door to us made a high pitched sound, so we had to run our fan all night.
3.3
It was in a good location for travel along highway 50.
First of all, it was not cheap. The AC fan didn't work and by the time we realized it, it was too late to bother. Sock from previous occupant left on chair. Generally run down building and room. Room needed dusting and grout needed cleaning. We went to the the breakfast room and a couple poking at their food said, It's not that good. I replied, It looks worse than not that good. It was only 8 am and all that was left were a few pieces of bread and do it yourself waffles.

green space and location
refrigerator did not work even after plugging in and waiting overnight.
3.3
Green space around it
Pool closed before we could use it

Front desk people were pleasant and helpful. Big room, good bed.
They ran out of food for breakfast before we got there, within the service time. Get there early, or go hungry, I guess. The exterior of the building needs a do over.
3.3
Staff was good and friendly. Swimming pool was awesome! Our children had lots of fun. AC worked great. mini fridge and microwave in our room. Free breakfast. Waffles, cereal, the basics.
My only Major complaint the bathroom showers could use a scrubbing or pressure washer. Thick grime between the tile and it was falling off.
3.3
Didn’t do breakfast
Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness
Comfort of beds
3.3
There were hairs behind bathroom door from previous occupants. Some TV channels had no signal.
3.3
Nothing was bad all around
Everything and the people

Good location on spacious quiet site away from road.
Pool looked good although we didn’t get a chance to use it due to rain. Pool is in a large grassy area
Room was spacious
Visited the Topaz museum in the town. Well worth a visit. About the Japanese population who were imprisoned in the area during World War II
Breakfast was sparse. Doesn’t appear that breakfast items are replenished

Location
Lots of deferred maintenance, needs major cleaning. Requested handicapped room, only item honored was a room on the first floor. However, I made a request to the housekeeping supervisor and learned the motel had both a shower bench and toilet seat extender. Apparently the office clerk was unaware of the items.

Bed was firm.
Hair on the bathroom floor and toilet...gross! Room had not been cleaned. Stain on sheet. TV didn't work.
