Very convenient and very pet friendly :)

It was very close to the venue and the reason for my stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was dog friendly and that was fantastic.

It didn’t feel very safe. There were a lot of cars with manual safety devices on the steering wheels. And lots of warnings about cars being broken into. And if I wanted dishes or cutlery I had to ask for them specifically. While this was not the fault of the hotel itself but the area of town. The one night stay there seemed to be a bit overpriced for the accommodation. The sense of personal insecurity did affect my stay there.

On of the worst places I have stayed

Not much to like

There could be more options. Rooms weren't clean. We were never offered any other clean towels and we were there for 4 days. Hardly seen anyone at the front desk. A lot of people always outside the front door smoking.

I want my money back

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Front desk gal warned me about it only after I paid in full. It was absolutely ridiculous how heavy the smoke stench was. My hair smelled like smoke. Disgusting

I needed to get away from my home base & I found this place w/ cooking facilities & quiet location.

Quiet location, Price was good for the holiday. I wanted a room with a stove & oven to cook a meal.

If you have cooking facilities why not have the dishes & accessories in the room? Also an extra blanket especially during winter? Both of these things I had to go to the front desk for. This is where you notice the difference between higher price hotels and less expensive. The hostess is an asset to the hotel, but I find it puzzling that these things should be in the room already. I will consider staying at the hotel company again. I do not know if this is policy at all Extended Stays. I am not being critical just asking questions that came to me in my stay. There is competition in every industry & I think this review should be considered. Not all hotels have the stove & oven available w/o paying a higher cost for the room. That is why I made the reservation.

Not bad but not good 😉

It was clean, quite spacious room and kitchen in the room

there was a kitchen, but there were no dishes and not even a kettle. a disposable jar of shampoo, one for three 🙄 the description said that breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast, only tea and coffee and several types of bars. There is no wi fi, it did not work at all.

Location and certain staff members good location.

The daytime staff was completely rude disrespectful and totally unprofessional. It was super inconvenient only being able to use the front entrance to enter am exit the building.

Disappointing

Front desk with employee was very nice

Absolute worst bed we have ever slept on. We could hardly move or walk the next day. The mattress was so so so hard. Room is beyond basic, no silverware or anything available in the kitchen not even conditioner in the bathroom only the very bare minimum toiletries supplied. First room we were put in had a broken toilet so we had to move rooms.

it was just a place to sleep late check in and left early

It was a little dirty, the pull out bed had major stains on the mattress and the sheet was dirty I asked the front desk they said they would alert the manager and get back to me, no one contacted me and now it’s almost been 2 months I think I’ve been patient.

Front desk staff had better things to do

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk clerk was eating in the side and didn't aknowelge us until we hello. She not personable, didn't smile once and spent a lot of time outside smoking.
