Clean and staff was exceptionally helpful
Nothing I didn’t like. Like everything
5.0 / 10.0
The location was good. There was good parking and it was fairly quiet at night.
I requested a 1st floor room but was put on the 3rd floor quite far from the elevator. I recently had knee surgery so its difficult to walk far. The kitchen had no coffee maker. No dishes or utensils. The room was ok for 1 night but I won't stay again.

I book a single bed through booking, I arrived late night around 10 PM and they only have double bed of course they charge me the double bed rate no matter what, I try to explain them but they just don’t care. and too noisy the whole night.

it was relatively quiet and easy to get to.
the property demanded I ran a credit card for my stay as well as the reservation charges I set up with booking and both charges are still on my account at this point I’ve paid twice for one room!

They seemed to be the only hotel in town with burners in the kitchen. One of the employees was helpful. The bed was pretty comfy.
You had to request all cooking utensils but they gave you nothing to wash them with so they were one time use. The "breakfast" was super bad all they had were dry muffins and granola bars. The worst part was that people were banging on the walls and the floor asking us to be quiet when we were not making much noise. The quiet hours were after 10 but they were banging on the walls and calling in complaints at around 7 pm. The final straw was the front desk calling us repeatedly while we were trying to rest claiming we were making too much noise and people were complaining. When we decided to check out early that night they informed us they had been calling the wrong room and people were bothering us about the room next to us. They also had no manager on duty so we had to wait to get our refund to even try to check out.

The room size
The room was not that clean. I went and purchased cleaning products and spent some time cleaning the room. They also messed up my reservations and almost didn't have the accomodations I needed.

It was very clean and nice. Everyone I worked with was thoughtful as well as helpful. Their location is ideal.
Unfortunately during our stay there was power out for some time. We were very happy everyone we met was kind and genuine during the power outage.

The employees and customer service was great
It smelt like cigarettes, did not look very clean, and the furniture and appliance were very old. TV was horrible. We stayed for one night and left promptly the next morning
