Mala experiencia.

Nada.

Todo mal, pague por 3 y dejaron cosas para dos. Desayuno pésimo, café y barras de cereal, hediondo, no funcionaban las luces, piezas deterioradas, sin platos ni nada. Queda lejos de annapolis. No lo recomiendo ni por el precio.

Do Not Waste Your Money

The staff was very nice.

I believe they put us in a pet room on the first floor, but there was no place to move to, which smelt like pee. The hotel is supposedly under renovations and they should not accept reservations. We could not even shut our front door with out pushing on it hard and kicking it open or closed. There were no kitchen supplies, no coffee, etc. There was minimum supplies throughout. The linens smelled moldy as did the room. People were jumping on floors above..no insultation between rooms. The bathroom was as clean as they could get it but it needed so much work. There was no breakfast other than a package muffin and oatmeal. They were nothing of what their advertisement described. Would never recommend. Paid too much for nothing!

I will never use this facility again and will not suggest this to anyone.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel

The smoke detector was hanging from a wire about 8 inches from the ceiling, the carpet was dirty, the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain. Also there were about 6 granola bars for their breakfast and they advertised a complimentary breakfast. All very disappointing.

Spend extra money and stay somewhere better.

Nothing. I wish I didn't spend the money to stay here and we just spent 4 hours driving home instead.

All the hallways smelled of smoke; rooms are dirty; property hasn't been updated in decades. Ripped furniture, peeling paint. Breakfast included should not be advertised - it was instant oatmeal you make yourself, and a granola bar. Only hot drinks - no juice, milk, etc. I was expecting basic for a place to sleep, shower, shave but this was horrible. We made a last minute decision to travel and were undecided if we were staying overnight; this was an 'inexpensive' hotel available the day we traveled, but it wasn't worth the price we paid for even one night.

it was a hotel that took in the homeless. Not that it is a bad thing but it should be noted when booking the hotel! I filled out a survey from the hotel and they never responded. Terrible customer service . I will never recommend them !

Nice place to stay at reasonable rates.

Hot breakfast would be appreciated

No automatic door for my wife in a wheelchair. Dishes to use in the room would be appreciated. Plus with coffee in the lobby and not just at breakfast time.

The price was reasonable.

Our room was in really poor condition. Some of it had been updated, some was incredibly old and extremely worn and broken. Furniture had rips in it, lamp shades & cabinets all beat up and broken. Bathroom sink had mold all in the caulk. It was really extremely disappointing and so grateful I was there only one night. I'll never book an extended stay again after this experience.

Not good. This property needs SERIOUS ATTENTION.

Bed / TV and shower all good (thank God). in general, very run-down and in disrepair. it appears to me that no one really cared.

Clean, Budget-friendly

Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was central, convenient.

"included breakfast" was only re-wrapped muffins and breakfast bars. Coffee. Tea. Blaming COVID, but that is so yesterday and a cop out! Staff was okay but seemed disinterested. Often found the entire staff outside in smoke breaks. No coffee in rooms. No ice at the hotel - had ice trays in freezers in the room - so no ice until it had a chance to freeze.

My non smoking room stank of cigarette smoke. The tv and internet only worked occasionally. The toilet didn't flush well. There was no ice machine. The kitchen wasn't stocked with plates, cups etc.
