Don’t waste your money on this place! Way overpriced for what you get.

Absolutely nothing.

The place is old and dirty, towels had stains and looked like they were 20 years old, blanket had blood stains, carpet in the room was very worn and dirty. Overall a disgusting place. I made a complaint and was promised that the manager would contact me. It’s been 3 days and of course no one has contacted me.

Disappointed in the accomodations!!

Breakfast was good

The bathroom was dirty, presence of mold in bathroom, sinks were clogged, we were told to buy our own toilet paper, we were there for a funeral and were not given a prearranged family discount, animal hair when we needed a pet free room due to allergies. We requested for them to clean it, and they never showed up.

It was ok, but not what I would have expected.

Nice location.

Not as clean as should be. Carpet needs replaced. The sofa in the suite was horrible to sit on; definitely needs replacement. Lighting inadequate.

Disappointed this time due to rates and cleanliness

Location, early check in, fireplace in room.

1. Gap in door frame leading to bugs in room 2. Dead bugs in window sill 3. Found cereal and small toy on floor from previous guest 4. Stayed 4 nights without linen change 5. Ice machine out of ice—insufficient for number of rooms 6. Advertised 2 hot tubs and 1 pool. 1 hot tube totally out of service. Pool was not heated. Hot tube only had 1 functioning jet. 7. We have stayed many times in the past, but since Covid the room rates are much more and guests recieve less. For example: breakfast buffet used to be included and a house wine was priced reasonably. 8. Flower beds not maintained

They no longer had free breakfast or continental breakfast. We Had to pay a high price next door which had 3 different names but it was the same restaurant. Ridiculous pricing.

Superb

cantina with live music nightly, the courtyard lit up with cafe lights in the evening gave a relaxed feel as I strolled outside or sat to enjoy the night sky and smelled the pinion pine in the air.

It was a perfect for a quick ski trip to Taos!

The room was convenient for 3 people. One couple and a friend on the Murphy bed. The bar and restaurant were great and had a good band and dancing on Saturday night. Fun!

The sink faucets were the worst! So terrible, you must change those!

Authentic Taos accomadation at an excellent rate!

The decor was authentic Taos with a fireplace. The executive suite was great for a family with two rooms an two bathrooms. The rate was the best of our trip!

Exceptional

All your staff were extremely nice to include your grounds maintenance. The bed room was very comfortable. Once I layed down it was goodnight for me. The bed was extremely comfortable. I have to say without a doubt this was one of the best hotel/motel I have stayed in. On behalf of our coworkers thank you. I look forward to many more trips here.

I would like to have half BBQ wings and half hot wings in the restaurant. The server didn't even entertain the idea. Also the hot water in the sink was extremely hot and the hot water in the shower will get hot the Luke warm. Over all I was pleased to have somewhere to lay down and rest after a good long day of work.

The Sagebrush Inn is a classic Taos choice for lodging which features a great bar and restaurant.

It’s real nice to have a bar and restaurant on site. Also, there is a variety of rooms to choose from. We chose a deluxe King room.

The jets weren’t working in the hot tub.

Left over pizza from previous guest in fridge!! Fridge was smelly!! Dirty plastic cup in closet!! Left over woman's hair in shower old box of pizza on patio !!! Dirt or dust in coffee cups !!!

My stay was extremely relaxing and secluded. I also felt very safe.

The privacy, The atmosphere, The hospitality, and the cleanliness of the room.

The fireplace was awesome. However, the amount of smoke entering into my room from the fire place activated the fire alarm.

Charming room visually but had some issues

The room decor was very charming.

The walls lacked noise insulation. I could hear someone above/next door(?)coughing and when they ran water it was extremely loud. My husband who ate breakfast there had nothing good to say about his meal. The room was difficult to heat properly, an old unit with a fan. It was 86 degrees when we entered the room…. not sure what it was set on but we opened a window and turned the unit off since lowering the temp didn't shut it off. After it cooled down we put the temp on 66 but then had to listen to it loudly turn off and on all night…still too warm. The brown noise app on my iPhone helped but only a little. One more thing… I would have loved to enjoy a fire in the kiva but the fire starter was a toxic substance inside plastic packing with instructions to light the entire package… wasn’t comfortable doing that.
