Glad to be able to find a comfortable, affordable and convenient place for an extended stay on short

Breakfast is only muffins, instant oatmeal, granola bars and coffee plus hot water.

The property has some infrastructure issues like crumbling steps, but they are still usable.

It was a good rest amongst comfortable surroundings

I liked the decor, the bed was comfy, it was clean, no pests. There's a lot of nice greenery around the hotel as well. It was quiet,despite being close to shops and restaurants. It's a nice break.

Great stay but dog waste?

Location and staff room size were perfect. Parking was good as well

They have a serious dog issue. Guess not cleaning up after their pets. Also suggest someone hired on staff to go around and clean up dog waste throughout property.... Would have raided higher

I was uncomfortable and felt very violated

The location and how clean it always is.

I didn't like that my sockets were blown in my room, my toilet kept flooding out from the base into the bathroom, my bathroom door did not lock and the gentlemen that worked the front desk mentioned that he was available all night if id like to come and talk with me, he continued to hit on me and went as far as calling the telephone provided with my room to "check on me" at 230am. I was extremely uncomfortable and found it all extremely unprofessional. It wasn't worth the money I spent, I choose extended stay normally because I am normally comfortable and safe however this visit really had a lasting effect on me.

Keep up the great work

I like this place and the young man from Morocco that's there at night is the most exceptional indivisible either I have ever encountered he makes you want to keep coming back and spending your money there!

The one thing I did not like was that the young man that was at the desk was not in charge or a manager I would like that to change because he will be able to bring a great deal of professionalism knowledge and integrity to this hotel!

Nice place to stay

Was nice I just never give a 10 for anyone Slept well staff acdesk pleasant

2nd floor hallway in spots near certain people's room carpet was dirty with light paper trash but got cleaned up quickly. Some ppl above me were noisy but did not bother me

The awful smell in room , it wasn't CLEAN... I didn't feel safe people upstairs walking around all

There was no breakfast, I was told by receptionist only certain facilities offer breakfast. THIS WAS FALSE ADVERTISING..

Dog barking all night, I was never told this facility allowed pets

My stay was good. The hotel itself was clean and it overall was very quiet. Would come back again.

The only thing I can say is that the TV in our room didn't work. It was unplugged when we came in, so my boyfriend plugged it in and we then realized it was unplugged for a reason.

Disappointing

The fact the front staff charged me double after I paid in advance thru booking.com This caused financial issues with my banking.. The was a kitchenette with nothing equipped such as glasses utensils or plates

Everything. I come to this hotel as r&r. Staff is always nice and helpful. Comfortable bed. Clean.

LOVE IT

My family and I loved everything about this hotel. We had a blast. It is near to everything. Most importantly it offered breakfast, allowed pets and it has a homely feeling. We love this chain of hotels

Location is great and easy to access.

The environment was to noisy from other tenants. Bad circulation , could smell other extended stay tenants meal cooking and burnt food. No at good sleep smelling other people burnt food. Room walls are very thin. Could hear others conversations from other rooms. A person in the parking lot going from vehicle to vehicle looking inside Tenants cars. Not a secure area. No parking lot cameras.

Very good

This was our second stay there to visit family living nearby. The room is comfortable and we appreciate the kitchen. The grocery and restaurants nearby are a bonus.

There could be a better selection of take out breakfast items.
