The breakfast is simple by providing coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and breakfast bar. The room is provided with kitchen facilities.
The room existed with some uncomfortable smell.

Rooms were great, friendly staff
The breakfast have no options, just oatmeal and coffee.

For me, it was location. Right by the freeway, shopping centers, places to eat and 5 minutes away from family.
Didn't have any dislikes.

Extremely clean . Comfortable and quiet . Nice if you want to bring your pets. Close to stores and food options .

The staff was the worst, (front office)
Angie and her supervisor I think her name was Michelle , terrible.

it was clean
They misrepresented the room. I booked a one bedroom suite. it was not a one bedroom suite at all intact it was a studio with a pony wall that separated the area where the bed and couch was. If I would have known this I would have rented two separate rooms. Also because you have to ask for the coffee pot ext. I went down to ask for a coffee cup and was given a paper cup. when I tried to discuss the issues with the manager there was no apology nothing and she was rude. I personally will never stay here again just based off of that and as a business owner if I misrepresented my prices for items people would be upset yet when I explained it in that manor to the manager she acted like I had no reason to be upset. I personally would not want a manager on my staff that had little to no concern of my consumers unhappiness with my facilities.

The property canceled my reservation less than two hours before I was to arrive stating they could not accommodate my requested room. I booked a standard double bed room over a month beforehand. They evidently overbooked and were less than helpful in finding new accommodations.

Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Furniture are a little old but all still clean and functional.
One of the guests had a dog that barked till late at night and started barking again early in the morning so we couldn't sleep. I really think this hotel shouldn't allowed pets, or if they do only put the guests with pets in one hall so their dogs won't disturb other guests. The bathroom sink was also very clogged so the water took forever to drain.

I was traveling from out of town the Manager Laurie Guthrie was very accommodating to my early check in needs. The evening staff was very friendly. The young man at the night desk helped me find a picture pizza place that delivered. Thank YOU ❤️
The outside of hotel entry could be a little cleaner. But the room was very clean.

Easy access from freeway.
windows broken out in 3rd floor. Desk clerk during the day very rude and arrogant. Booked a King room with Booking.com. when checking in, no King rooms were available. Only a Queen. was told by desk clerk that refund for the difference in price would need to be received by Booking.com. Booking.com stated that they tried to reach hotel to get a refund but no one would call them back. Was told by booking.com my report was closed since no one from the hotel has answered. Seems like neither party cared since they already had my money. was sold a room that was not guaranteed. I’m very dissatisfied with both parties. Will not recommend either. No one took the extra step to make things right for the customer. Very bad business on both parties.

The room is really big and with a lot of options, such as an iron and a small kitchen.
The staff was very courteous and quick in performing both the check-in and check-out.
There was a leakage in the bathtub and the breakfast was really minimal and amateur, with just some snacks in a plastic bag and a bit of coffee.

If they would've just charged me once

it has mini kitchenette
