The coffee was awesome!
The staff was friendly
The lights by bed didn't work... however in their defense we did not report it...
The key cards didn't work on first try. Both door & back door.. back door latch was loose. ... again I did not report to front office.

There was no breakfast, unless a two shelf cabinet with coffee and muffins is considered breakfast.
Room furniture looked Second hand, including a muli-stained office chair that we put outside into the hallway

Nothing.
Horrible horrible hotel.
Toilet in our room did not work. The hotels answer? Wait till the next day for maintenance, and no they won't provide a restroom.
This is entirely unacceptable and in direct violation of VA Dept. Of Health codes requiring hotel operators to provide adequate, functioning restrooms/facilities to hotel residents.
The VA Dept. of Health and Office of the Attorney General for Virginia have been contacted and are investigating. I have also reached out to the CEO, COO, and Director of Quality Assurance to notify them of these egregious and willful health code failures which created a wholly unsanitary environment.

Enjoyed the location and style of property. decent space. looked like the pictures. staff was very friendly and welcoming!
Water pressure almost nonexistent in the bathroom. furniture could use updating.

Staff was nice and accommodating.
Place is a little dated. Linen had a peculiar smell, not dirty but a off putting smell.

The location and refrigerator
That there was no coffee pot, hair drier, washcloth, or paper cups
2.5
The location is dated. The furniture is worn down. The bathroom wall and comforter had a cigarette burn marks. The television 📺 shut off at least 3 times while I was watching a program. The outlet was missing a cover, so I did not have light or the clock plugged in. I refused to plug 🔌 it in. I spend more money than I should have on my stay.

I booked my reservation in Feb 22 and when I checked in June 22 I was advised that they did not have my 2 double rooms. There was miscommunication and overbooked rooms. that is not acceptable. eventually it was fixed, but it took a while to figure out how to resolve.
The hotel needs an upgrade. the price we paid was not conducive to what we received. the furniture was worn, carpet needed cleaning and iron was broke in the room. the iron had a note on it that said broke, leaks, do not use!
2.0
Location was great. Not far from highway. Bed was comfortable enough after 18 hours of driving.
Staff was rude on check in. Acted like we were interrupting their night of sitting at the desk. No shower curtain. Shampoo was half empty, like left over from another guest.
2.0
We liked the location and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Room needs an update all around. TV was outdated and broken on the swivel, light beside bed would only work when hit on one side while the other didn't work at all, petroleum jelly found under nightstand, holes in chair, stains on floor, drain came out in tub, no vent in bathroom and debris in A/C .Honestly, over priced for what you get.
