there is nothing to like about this hotel. one of the male staff was very rude (don’t remember his name).

one of the male staff was very rude. didn’t keep toiletries in the bath room. no kitchen utensils were kept. no soaps and towels were kept in the bath room. every items we need to beg at the reception and carry them yourself to your room. staff was rude to the extent to tell that if you don’t like this place please go and find another place.

Pleasant

Didn't do breakfast but the location was OK the burners didn't work but I was able to change rooms. The staff was kind of pleasant they could use more kindness to be customer service especially when you call and ask about pricing. My reservation as for someone else I made the mistake of putting in my name instead of the other person front desk wasn't that pleasant but we got it right anyway over all it's a nice place to be and stay.

The pricing was a bit to high but the over all of the location and comparing to the other 2 hotel around close by this one is considered good place to stay at.

Noise. Blanket makes me itchy for a couple of days. Water from the shower nozzle is a bit too gentle.

Close to city. Ample food joints close by

Cleanliness. Room was dusty and musky. Room did not have utensils and silverware as suggested on website. Had to beg front desk for a few as we were not prepared.

Out of 4 days, breakfast wasn't there for 2 days.

Did not get the room I originally booked for and the front desk for very rude. The front desk basically tried to tell me that I booked a wrong room, that untill I called booking.com and got a room two beds instead of king. I ahd to accept that option since I was there with a family and cannot really go around hunting for room.

The location did not feel safe The hotel rooms were outdated The smell in the hallways and rooms were beyond tolerable The bathroom water pressure was non existent The grab and go breakfast was horrible just coffee and stale muffins This lodging option is not worth the rate We left the next day
