The room was clean and has stove microwave and refrigerator

Ac barely kept room cool, the website says breakfast included - no breakfast - not even a muffin

Exceptional

staff at desk was very friendly. room had everything we needed.

the only small negative was the FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. it was granola bars and oatmeal packets. maybe dont mention free breakfast, and just have a counter they can take those if theyd like.

Not a pleasant experience with WiFi, Price is too high for this kind of facilities

Even after paying for WiFi, I was not able to do my work. I had to move to Starbucks to get my work done. Really bad signal... Also, it is priced too high

...read previous q&a about the stay. No photos cause we were almost late to a wedding..

Conveniently close location to my friends wedding

Our non-smoking room smelled like marijuana, almost late to the wedding because staff wouldn't let us check in within 2-3pm (3pm check in) even though it wasn't fully booked and all the rooms on the level we were on were cleaned. The staff was friendly, except the check in lady before 3pm, one of the staff members was "tweaking" out.

Pricey but okay ...

Staff was nice and room cleaned pretty good

I requested lower level they gave me 2nd floor. No coffee pot available. I wasn't aware that it's 25.00 per dog which Is the most I've ever paid for animals. Wasn't told the times or where to go for breakfast. They also didn't tell me I could only pay via credit card and they left the ladder, tape,screw driver they were repairing something and never cleaned up the mess. Pricey i think but I still would stay again

Having a kitchen was nice.

Table leg was broken and the room was very dusty. Curtains were poor quality and they only give you 30 minutes extra for late check out. Best western was maybe 20 dollar difference and a way better hotel to go to.

Not worth the price.

The location near where we needed to be.

The facility needs updating, the beds were uncomfortable but I’ve had worse. The staff shared there was someone living there for 5 years.

Not worth the $ for low comfort and what listed as breakfast included.

the location was great. lots of business and food within a couple miles. close to freeway. full size refrigerator freezer was nice but not necessary.

The bed was extremely firm. pillows were also very firm. Bathroom sink backed up almost instantly. The Grab n Go breakfast, well, had a blueberry stale muffin but saved it with a granola bar and fair coffee.

Great Stay-A pleasant surprise

The room was exceptionally clean. I stay in hotels a lot including many top rated 4 star+ hotels and the cleanliness of my room at Extended Stay exceeded most of the highly rated hotels. The room was a basic no frill design but every part of it was very clean! It was so comfortable!!
