Comfortable beds and great shower, very friendly and helpful staff!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was great, great water pressure. Kids play area, grill and pool all great! The staff so amazingly helpful! I Will certainly stay again if the opportunity arises.

The lighting was dull making it feel gloomy. The carpet could use updating both in hallways and rooms. Rooms were clean though! The first impression I got from walking to my room made me question what the room would be like, I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean room! I didn't feel unsafe ever however the outside doors to the facilities do not have keyed entry so anyone could come inside. Also no dead bolt on the door.

I had to leave 1 day early due to illness but was told no refund due to housekeeping being done so they could not flip the room

Friendly knowledgeable staff, pet friendly location. Close to the state park & mini golf.

I like the friendliness of the staff and owner. I liked the ability to bring our small lap dog with us on this trip. He was well received by all. I like the hot coffee and tea available in the lobby as well as games available to use.

The pool was in the next building over so we had to walk outside to get there. I was disappointed that the outside firepit area was already shut down for the season. We had some beautiful nights and we would have enjoyed sitting around the fire to enjoy the evening. I was disappointed that the outside grill was shut down for the season. I planned to grill steaks as it was so beautiful outside and ended up putting out steaks on ice to take home. The location could use a deep cleaning.

Very nice stay. We will definitely return in the future.

We did not have breakfast.

I wish there had been an elevator. Next time I will ask for the lower level. I was asked originally if I had a preference and I said no. But steps are hard for me.

Exhausted from driving in rain and downpours.... We left the next morning for Washington Island.

No breakfast.....coffee..........we arrived in the rain....did walk up to Summer Kitchen for a delicious supper. It would have been nice to have a sidewalk to walk on...it rained on us...

only there overnite. Looked like a cute town. no comments or ideas for us before we left. The lady at Bailey's Harbor (it also was an overnite) told of two must see sights before we headed on down the peninsula. That is a good idea for every little cute town. Sister Beach didn't realize we should have taken time to stop in. We did pause at the harbor.

I feel that the room was so clean and check in and check out was easy. I love that there is a microwave and fridge and they work to recycle.

AC was hard to adjust to make the room less cold, but other than that- no concerns.

Hotel should offer breakfast. The water pressure in shower is poor. The rooms are a bit outdated compared to other hotels in the area.

Excellent relaxing, no stress 3 night stay at Somerset Inn!

Cleanliness, pet friendly, indoor/outdoor pools and comfortable suites. Office staff is super accommodating!

We enjoyed our stay and would come again

We liked the spa bath in the room and the pool/hot tub. We also liked the location. We liked the basket of amenities brought to our room. The contactless check in was very convenient. The owners are very kind and responsive.

The towels were crunchy...not soft. The sheets had some rust colored stains. Updating the towels and sheets would make this place excellent!

My sisters and I never made it to the hotel as we were called home on a medical emergency an hour out. I called Somerset right away and then called again later hoping to salvage some of my $298 down payment. Unfortunately after summer writings and phone calls I didn’t hear back. Was hoping for some type of credit for a future trips.

we were very impressed with our stay and with the beauty of Door county

our room was so clean!! was worried due to "stories" from others traveling. perfect location for our needs. would love to stay at this facility again in the future. staff was awesome too!!!

First floor door wall was very hard to lock, scary. Told front desk on leaving, hope they fix it before renting to someone else.
