Do better with cleaning and sanitizing the property. Invest in New beds and bedding

I checked in showered and got in bed. An hour later I was covered in bed bug bites. Actual found 2 of them and took them to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. Changed my room but the damage was done. I was already covered in bites across my back legs and arms

A deep cleaning should be fine at least weekly. I was starting here often until this happened as I am in town for work every weekend. I won't be staying again until the cleanliness standards come up to par. There is no excuse or reason for me to have had experienced this

There were drugs user and dealers the staff tried to sell me marijuana

It's a drug infested motel the only thing good about the motel is the bed

I stayed for all of 10 minutes and left.

The room was filthy. The air conditioner didn’t work. I couldn’t stay.

Nothing - it was the worst hotel experience of my life

Everything- it was dirty, staff were rude and trying to rip me off, the room was uncomfortable and items were poor quality. The temperature wasn’t great in the room and I was very distressed by the entire situation. Transport links were poor and staff were unhelpful. The red roof on the other side of town in Stockbridge have much better staff

Don't stay here

There was nothing good about this place. Totally nasty and disgusting.

It was filthy. More less a drug hub. Overall needs to be shut down.

I didn’t like the fact that when I told the manager that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working , he demanded that it did and obviously it wasn’t. The rooms were disgusting! the floors weren’t swept at all (there were even clothes left under the beds from previous customers). the bathroom didn’t have any extra tissue, the tub was filthy. I booked a smoking room and when I got there I didn’t get what I had already booked and PAID for. I’ll never stay here again.

Convenient and affordable for a last minute stay!

It was convenient and affordable for a last minute stay. Parking space at the door entrance. It was extremely quiet even being next to the highway. Early check in is available for a fee.

I was sold an out of order room. maintenance walked in my room unannounced claiming this room should have been empty. The bed sunk in when you got in it. The mattress was very worn. The shower head spit water all over the bathroom. The hard wood floors reeks of urine and has not been mopped in days. Most of my complaints could have been because they gave me an out of order room in the first place.

My dog was free of cost.

The room smelled terrible. It was supposed to be non smoking. It was terribly uncared fore. The bathroom door had holes and a crack in it. The toilet didn’t flush well. Burns on the floor, caked grunge everywhere. Really disgusting. The sheets were so pilled they felt like there was sand on them. I slept on a towel. I was worried about bedbugs. Was not worth 82.00. I’d like a refund.

the shower had no shower curtain room smelled old & like cigarettes was a lot furniture out the room in middle hallway 1st room they gave me had the wood in room like the was doing floor over had get new room other room was bad to but not that bad like one before but never again I will stay here I couldn’t get my money back because I had already paid with my card on booking
